Perfect location Ideal for what we needed Contact with the owner was on point, very accomodating where nothing was too much trouble. Would definately stay here again and recommend. Huge thanks :)

Great location - however, appartment has aged somewhat

Overall positive stay, but with (some significant) issues: pro: great location, especially for families with kids; directly in front of the house is the beach and a playground. The bus stop is 50m down the road. You can walk to Te Papa. Also very professional & friendly landlord. con: the appartment has aged. For example, we found out the hard way that both doors to the bed rooms cannot be opened from the inside when closed; we were lucky that we had not all been in that room. That is obviously an issue, especially with kids, and should be fixed asap. Another example are the windows. Although we tried hard, we could not fully close the bathroom window. Several windows also rattled (a lot) when open. The oven seemed to be an older model and our baking results were therefore limited.
