In the popular area of Playa Flamenca, just south of Torrevieja on The Costa Blanca. The Complex is very clean, inside a restricted area with 24 hour security cameras and night security surveillance patrol, well looked after with a large communal pool. The ground floor apartment has a large and very pleasant front terrace adorned with lovely plants. The inside is spacious with a large lounge area, modern kitchen with all facilities, two double bedrooms, lots of wardrobe and storage space. There is hot or cold air conditioning and each room has flat wall heaters (electrical thermal emitters) for winter visitors. Nice barbecue and 2 bicycles available for the guests

Nearby there are several sandy beaches, there is the fantastic La Zenia shopping boulevard and the great Saturday market is just 3 minutes walk around the corner. There's a sports centre within 2 minutes walking distance, many restaurants including the main strip at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia.

Within 3 minutes walk is a sports centre with many facilities including tennis couts. Also within a short drive there is a great go-cart track, the aqua park near Torrevieja and a scuba diving centre.

Séjour sympathique

Les + : Séjour sympathique. Résidence agréable. Très calme . L'appartement bien configuré. Les moins : les lits sont vraiment trop ancien, ressort ressenti ++ , mal de dos assuré. Dommage . La proximité avec les plages , obligé de s'y rendre en voiture et il faut être très patient pour trouver une place pour se garer en haute saison.

I have a family, two kids and a dog.
I live in Madrid (Spain) and I purchased the apartment in 2012.
I decided to buy the apartment so that we could have a place to go for holidays, and also to rent out.

Why they chose this property

We love this part of Spain with it's great climate and friendly easy-going style and it is not so far from Madrid.
I love this nice urbanization where tha apartment is located, plenty of services, 24 hours security, great atmosphewre, plenty of restaurants, commercial area (La Zenia Boulevard) and fully equiped.

What makes this property unique

Aircon with cooling and heating. Very good quality furniture and beds, a modern kitchen with state of the art appliances, TV, Wifi and a really pleasant and tranquil front terrace, full of lovely plants and catches the sun from midday onwards. Barbecue grill and 2 bicycles available in the terrace.
