Just 15 minutes from Disney World!

This house has everything you need to enjoy your days off, with a beautiful view behind the private pool.

Kindly and to save your time, the PRICE is by night is NOT NEGOTIABLE, we are renting the whole house, we are not renting rooms.

No grill/BBQ available.

No long-term rentals, maximum 2 weeks to a single-family.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.

A fantastic house in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was modern and beautifully decorated throughout with tasteful theming. The swimming pool and spa were great. The location was fantastic with lots of amenities nearby and it was also an easy short drive to the Disney parks. Vanessa the property manager was particularly attentive, responsive and helpful and I cannot thank her enough. I am really looking forward to staying here again.

Great House & Location

Such a beautiful house with lovely Disney themed finishes. The kitchen had everything we needed and all appliances were easy to use. The games room was a great addition but my children loved the pool more and spent all their spare time in there. There was a variety of inflatables and pool toys available too, which was great as I had forgotten to pack my daughters floats. We had a little issue with the top loader that was quickly resolved. Vanessa is a fantastic host and communications were first class. I would highly recommend this fantastic house, fabulous host and the fact it’s in a great location makes it a perfect place to stay (Walmart, Publix, restaurants and other amenities close by and only 20 minutes to the Disney Parks). Thank you for having us and we look forward to visiting again in the future 😊.

Perfect family accommodation

I stayed here with my husband, his parents and our 2 kids, age 9 & 6. Our plan for our 2 weeks was basically do Disney. This property is a fab location for this as all the parks are within 20-25 mins and traffic was never really that bad at any time for us. The property is clean, everything works and if it didn’t I don’t doubt Vanessa would be super quick to rectify any issue. Fortunately, we didn’t have any issues so didn’t have cause to contact Vanessa much at all. The pool area is well kept, the bathrooms clean, bedrooms large and comfortable, and the games room in the garage was a welcome surprise as I had forgotten seeing this on any pics. The kitchen has everything you could need and Walmart is just minutes away if you need any supplies. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this property for another Disney holiday. Thanks for having us!

Excellent family villa on beautiful gated community.

Lovely large four bed villa in a beautiful gated community. Communication excellent with owner who made us all very welcome. Villa had everything we needed including pool toys for our son. Had the added bonus of being allowed to stay in the villa until mid afternoon rather than check out early thanks to the hosts kindness. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
