This amazing apartment is elegant and inviting.
Located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna, is an ideal starting point to discover and experience the beauty of the capital, while enjoying a stay of the highest level at a one of a kind home hospitality.
It consists of a large living room with sitting area and double sofa bed, a big dining table and a kitchenette equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The comfortable bedroom has a double bed and an enjoyable balcony,
The bathroom has an en suite shower.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities to meet the needs of the modern traveller: independently controlled air conditioning in every room, bose speakers, safety deposit box, free Wi-Fi and LCD TV with satellite television, hairdryer.
It's located in a quiet alley at a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and Via del Babuino, at the second floor a 4 floors roman style small building with lift.

Very nice place.

The location of the property was nicely located for what we were there to visit. My body temperature runs really hot and we could not get the ac to work. However the temperature at night was cool enough to get a breeze and cool the property down. The property manager was very prompt to respond. She helped us with information to make our vacation great. I would stay there again but would definitely find out how to use the AC.

Fantastic locations

This apartment was close to everything, yet hidden in a quiet alley so we had the best or both. Very clean with beautiful windows. Would highly recommend

Fantastic spacious apartment!

We recently had a lovely stay at Orsoline 8 - everything was as advertised, great quiet location in the heart of the spanish steps neighborhood, amazingly clean and stylish, lots of room to spread out! An added bonus was the music school somewhere nearby, like having your own concert pianist or opera singer to welcome you home after a full day in Rome. Absolutely marvelous!!!
