LOCATION: Quiet neighborhood centrally located off I-70 with quick access to ski areas: Keystone (10 min), Arapahoe Basin (15), Copper Mtn (15), Loveland (20), Breckenridge (25), Vail (30), Beaver Creek (35). Shopping and dining close by in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco. 1/2 half block to the Blue River's fishing, hiking and biking trails. Adjoins private lake for kayaking, paddle-boarding. Fishing close by. 1 mile to ice skating area. 1 mile to Raven golf club.

MAIN FLOOR -
Gourmet granite kitchen is fully equipped w huge island, double oven, convection microwave and mountain views. Open to the living and dining areas - plenty of room for a big gathering. Seats up to 18 for meals.

Living room w/ oversized seating open to the top floor & boasts two floors of windows to let the sun and mountain views stream in. Gas fireplace, 55" HDTV and wireless entertainment center .

1/2 bath. Full size washer/dryer and plenty of room for ski gear. Dual doors open to the beautiful deck with gas grill and 6-person hot tub that has lake and mountain views.

GREAT PLACE

Property is awesome. Owner provided great communication and insight to the area. Well equip home and kitchen for a group of 5+ adults. Will definitely come again.

Feels like home away from home

This home is beautiful and very nice! We had our entire family, 8 of us and it was perfect for family time as well as places for quiet time. The owners were very helpful with questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a space for us to stay and be able to have more time with our snowboarders!

Very Nice House

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was nicer than we thought it looked in the online listing and very well equipped. We went skiing every day at Copper Mountain, which was only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this house for a nice stay in Silverthorne.

This property was perfect for our family! It was located in a great spot with lots of options for food and groceries. We loved that each couple had their own space and bathrooms and the kitchen was beautiful! The hottub was the perfect start and end to the day!

The location is minutes from everything we love. Skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating can all be done within 10 minutes of the house. The open floor plan is perfect for large groups and has both a modern and mountain feel. The outdoor living space with hot tub has great views of lakes and mountains. This house has it all.
