The house, on two floors, has been recently restored and has all the comforts.
At the groundfloor there's a double sitting room with a fireplace, a big kitchen with kitchenette, one bedroom with private bathroom (with shower), a nice and big wintergarden and a little toilet.
In the kitchen you can find a big dining table and all the modern accessories (big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and gas cooker and all kitchenware). The kitchen has a direct access to the garden, where there's a barbacue and a nice table to eat outside under a pergola.
At the first floor you can find three bedrooms: a double bedroom with a private bathroom (with shower and bathtube); a twin bedroom and a bedroom with a french bed that share a bathroom (with shower). At the first floor there's also a study, open on the taircase, with an extra sofa bed.
The house is surronded by a nice garden with two pergolas, one in front and the other in the back near the kitchen, with a barbacue area.
The house has its private swimmingpool of 40x16 feet (12x5 metri) with a pergola and wooden sunbeds, for the exclusive use of the guests. From the pool the guest will admire amazing sunsets on the valley.
The house it's part of a homestead with a restored barn with it's own private garden and private swimming pool and the owner's house.
The owner, Emma, will be at the guest disposal for every need.
The house is just 1650 feet (500 metri) from the small village of Pergine Valdarno, where the guest will find small shops (grocery, butcher, bakery).
The nearest supermarket is in Levan at 7km more or less and in the city of Arezzo and Montevarchi the guest will find several shopping centers.
La "Vignaccia" is in the very heart of the Tuscan countryside at just 30 miles (50 km) from Florence, 25 miles (40 km) from Siena, 19 miles (30 km) from Chianti and 12 miles (20 km) from Arezzo. You can easily reach the "Vignaccia" by car (the A1 motorway is just 12 miles, 20 km). The nearest airports are Florence and Pisa.
