New neighborhood in Puerto Morelos close to downtown and restaurants. Conveniently located in Riviera Maya between Cancun (~30 min north) and Playa del Carmen (~30 min south). Nice new 2 bedroom condo in secure area. Great location half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen

Clean bottom floor unit with laundry, 3 A/C units, no stove ( who needs that on vacation) but had everything else you need and all new. Full time security on site. Puerto Morelos is a great little beach town. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are close by.
