Amazing views.....

Overall, the condo was very nice, clean. Great location.

The beds were comfortable, I wouldn’t say luxurious. The bunk-bed mattresses were very thin, with no sheet provided for the bed in the master bedroom. There was just room for two people to dine inside. The outdoor space/dining was amazing, with fantastic views, however we were not able to enjoy the outdoor space for one entire day due to tree trimmers, and with the noise came a coating of debris on the furniture and tables. Not to mention, the only entrance gate to the garage/grounds being blocked. There was also maintenance going on inside the complex, with someone coming to our room to ask us move our vehicle. Also, Nikki Beach was not open for the season as of yet, therefore could not utilize their amenities.

Again, a very nicely renovated condo, we must have just had poor timeing as far as the maintenance /season openings went.

Fabulous apartment!

My wife and I shared the apartment with our son , daughter-in-law and their 2 children (aged 15 & 12). We loved it! It was very well furnished and equipped, with air-conditioning throughout. When not on the beach (5 minutes walk away) or beautiful and uncrowded pool area, we spent almost all of our time on the terrace which was large enough for a table with 6 chairs, 2 loungers and other easy chairs. The view over other roof tops to the sea was very special. We thoroughly recommend it!

Sheer luxury!

Silvia, the manager, was very welcoming & lovely to deal with. She made sure that we had everything we needed. On arrival she'd left milk, fruit juice and bottled water in the fridge, which was really appreciated.

As described, the apartment is large, recently renovated, beautifully furnished & had everything we needed. The kitchen was otherwise well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine & lots of basics in the cupboard ie herbs, sunflower oil etc.

The guest bathrooms are a bit small, but all bathrooms are clean, showers very powerful, functional & well decorated.

The pool was a good size, it wasn't used by a lot of people & was very well-kept, with beautiful surrounding gardens.

The property is perfectly located, a 3min walk from the beach and from the main road where the main bus stops are, with Marbella in one direction & Fuengirola the other. The buses were quite frequent & it was approx 1 - 2 euros each way on the bus. There is a Super Sol & Lidl supermarket in Elviria on the main road. Lidl is much cheaper to shop in! There are a selection of restaurants & bars in this area.

We hired bikes for 15 euro each (24 hour hire) from a shop on the main road in Elviria. We biked to Marbella using the promenade along the front of the beach, where we stopped off for food & drinks at different bars/restaurants - a great way to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend The Boardwalk restaurant, which sells fantastic burgers, pizzas etc.

Also the Blue Palm was great. They had an offer, buy one San Miguel get one free, for 3.50 euros. You could also get full English breakfast for 6 euros! The food was great, the people who ran it were lovely & welcoming so we kept going back!

We went to a lovely restaurant/bar called Cappuccino. We had the best cocktails we've ever experienced. They were smooth alcoholic slush, with fresh strawberries blended into them, served in a gorgeous cocktail glass with all the trimmings. The waiting on staff were very smart & the bar had a really nice ambiance.

There was plenty to do. We went jet skiing from Marbella to Puerto Banus - fantastic! Loved the yatchs in the harbour & sports cars!

We went to the Selwo Safari Park in Estepona, a great day out.

We'd love to come back & rent the house again next year - sheer luxury!

Excellent money value

I stayed 5 days in this beautil bright modern cosy appartment. Already at key pick up the manager from Rafleys welcomed us with smiling face and a helping hand. She also shared some usefull infos about what to do, what to see and where to shop. Given usefull infos as a first timer in Spain made the whole stay more relaxing.

The appartment was beautifull and had all (and more) facilities needed including fully equipped kitchen . So home made dinner while on vacation is possible too. Overall the property was clean inside AND out!

I enjoyed very much my breakfast on the terrasse with a beautifull overview of the swimming pool and creative garden. I LOVED the garden with it's many exotic plants and bright colours.

The location was just perfect and basically close to everything: nikki beach, shopping, cafes/bars/restaurants, markets etc. Also if you have a rental car you can do one day trips to Cordoba, Sevilla, Granada and pretty easy get around. The service has been good from booking , checkin and out.

I can only recommend staying at this appartment because of its many advantages. I know for sure that I will be going back 😀

Great apartment, fabulous stay!

One week stay, with three couples in total. Perfect weather!

The apartment has a very spacious layout, which guarantees privacy for 3 couples. This is also due to the private bathrooms.

There is a large terrace for dinners and sunbathing, BBQ. There are amazing private gardens and pools, The apartment is beachfront.

The apartment itself is very high end; you won’t miss anything, full kitchen, rooms with good air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth music etc.

With the beach clubs at walking distance and the shops minutes away, it is perfectly situated.

Took us about a 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

This is the second year in row we rent this, definitely coming back next year.
