We are located on a quiet private street in the Rose Hill neighborhood of Kirkland. It is close to downtown Kirkland, Bellevue and Redmond - a short walk to shops, parks and restaurants, with quick and easy access to I-405. The perfect commute to all the major high-tech companies in the area, near all major medical institutions, short drive to Seattle, University of Washington and SeaTac airport.

The apartment is fully remodeled and features a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/living room with a nice outdoor living space, as well as a private master suite, spacious office, in unit washer & dryer and guest bathroom. Wonderful rental

Clean, convenient, and comfortable describes this Kirkland rental. It was our home away from home for two weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Emir was attentive to all our needs.

Another great stay

When in the area, we stay here and will continue to do so. The hosts are very responsive and the units they own are in great shape--always super clean and inviting. Highly recommended.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at this apartment. It is just perfect for us and is beautifully maintained. It’s in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown Kirkland and not far from Bellevue. We are frequently in the area and hope to stay again. The cleaners arrived just as we were leaving and they graciously carried our bags up the stairs to our car. Nice touch!

Just right!

This is a lovely apartment and was just right for us-super clean and comfortable. Emir and Nicky were fantastic hosts. Hope to return to stay here in the year ahead.
