The apartment is located in a charming area as it is the center of the city of Guadalajara , easy access to major tourist destinations in the city, our hostel has everything you need to have a great stay.

Clean, cool, quiet, with a beautiful view from the balcony.

We were very pleased with the stay, but we did have a very serious problem before we arrived. We booked in January for a June vacation. One of our party was diagnosed with aggressive cancer in March. We tried to cancel, but Tom and Vince told us that it was not refundable even though the booking was more than 60 days out (VRBO policy). We didn't fight it. We were too worried. Bill died, and his widow decided to go ahead with the trip. Once we got there, Tom and Vince were very attentive to our needs. The condo had all the conveniences: air conditioning, washer and dryer, WiFi, multiple tvs and cable, purified water and ice, a coffeemaker, and a pool. There was also a concierge and security people who were friendly and helpful. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and we loved watching the view from the balcony at different times of day. One bedroom had an attached bath. Vince and Tom did NOT leave a book detailing all the little "how to" things (turning on the hot water heater for the shower!!), but the day after our arrival, our hosts came and gave us plenty of detail. I would encourage them to jot the details down in a binder so that the guests always have access to the information. Our host recommended a charming (and delicious) little Italian restaurant around the corner and a couple of places where the locals eat, so we weren't stuck with gimmicky tourist restaurants. So, if you are positive that you won't need to cancel, I would definitely recommend this centrally located condo in Guadalajara.
