Small villa near the sea for the hedonists! The house has been built from natural materials of the highest quality (stone,woodetc.) and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, so it is pleasant to stay in, even during the hottest days of summer. The house is fully air conditioned. It is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that give a special atmosphere with charm. There is an 50m2 outdoor decking (exotic wood) &heated top class Jacuzzi.
It consists of a ground floor with open-space living room, kitchen and spacious dining room with open fireplace (grill), sleeping room with double bed for two persons and bathroom. The ground floor faces the garden with jacuzzi , which guarantees privacy and relaxation. On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom with a bed for two persons and its own large terrace overlooking the sea and Peljesac. The gallery comes with a luxurious bathroom.
The owners decided to build a new home for themselves and enjoy life in its beauty in one of the most beautiful places in Croatia, getting away from the big cities, indulging fully into unspoiled nature and Mediterranean climate.

Great house for peaceful holiday

Villa Framar is perfectly located in a secluded and quiet bay near Lumbarda. The house is newly refurbished and matxhes exaclty the profile photos. Lovely garden provides substantial natural shade throughout the day and outdoor whirlpool provides for great cooling and massage. All the needed amenities are provided for and Mario is a great host, readily available in case of need. The house is very clean and is perfect for two couples or a family of four.

magnificent

In one word: magnificent. The best vacation home we ever stayed in, it was a joy to come home every day after spending great times on the beautiful beaches and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere on this lovely island. We are convinced we will return one day! tip: Rent a boat in Lumbarda and visit the quiet island beaches.

Entspannter Urlaub mit smaragdgrünem Wasser in Super schöner Villa mit Garten

Francesca und Mario, die Eigentümer, haben hier ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil gebaut, die über alle modernen Annehmlichleiten verfügt. Vom indoor und outdoor Grill bis zum internetfähigem Smart TV mit Netflix Zugang, Garten mit bequemen Outdoormöbeln sowie Wirlpool ist alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt kann man super frischen Fisch oder Oktopussalat essen gehen und ein paar weitere Gehminuten, an der Spitze der Landzunge, die zwischen den beiden Häfen von Lumbarda liegt, findet man auch zur Hochsaison noch ein paar ruhige Spots an denen man in das kristallklare, smaragdgrüne Wasser springen und etwas schnorcheln kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an Francesca und Linda für die Hilfe bei der Organisation der Anreise und Übergabe, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Liebe Grüße Andrea
