Enjoy a fun stay in your own oasis with a private pool and hot spa. Barbecue with your family and relax at the dinning patio. Located directly on a popular main road called 2nd Street. Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and beaches. Approximately 30 minutes from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Orange County, Los Angeles, and 45 minutes from Hollywood. Cozy beach townhouse. Two full bedrooms upstair, one half bathroom downstairs. 3rd Room is a SUNROOM with a DAYBED and a privacy curtain. One full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs.

Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO excessive noise/music allowed at any time. Must respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet .

HOUSE RULES:

1) PLEASE ALWAYS BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND YOUR NOISE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.***No parties, loud music, or very loud talking. ***NO BACKYARD OR POOL USE AFTER 10:00 PM. Please come inside by 10:00 pm and enjoy yourselves inside the house Or go out to a local bar. If we receive a noise complaint after these hours, you will loose your deposit. This is a quiet residential area. We have to respect our neighbors***

3) No Smoking
4) maximum of 6 booked guests or a total of no more than 8 people on the property at any given time or you will loose your security deposit & your stay will be terminated immediately. Unless prior authorization has been made.
5) If you use our kitchen supplies please clean them and put back.
6)If you use the BBQ grill please clean it and turn off propane tank when done. If you don't clean it, please leave $25 for the housekeeper with a note to clean it.
7) please separate trash and recyclables and take them outside by the garage ally way and place in large bins when you leave.

Please note that the standard cleaning fee charge is for the housekeeper to clean the inside of the house and wash all bed linens, towels, mop, and bathrooms etc. I don't want to overcharge the guests for cleaning outside to help keep the cost down for your stay.

Perfect location for sightseeing and beach days!

Great from start to finish! Brilliant location, pool was great especially having it heated!! Really could not fault anything! Would highly recommend for visiting LA, far enough away from downtown to visit easily but Longbeach and Naples are great for families!

October getaway

We loved our stay here. Perfect location to explore Long Beach. The house had everything we needed and a real added bonus that shampoo, conditioner, wash powder etc were all provided so didn’t need to add the weight to our luggage. We’d been warned about the road noise so took ear plugs but you couldn’t hear it anyway if you left the air con unit going so it wasn’t an issue. Susan was so quick to reply to our messages, we felt well looked after. Would definitely recommend it as a good base to explore the area.

Comfy and fun stay!

Our family enjoyed the house and especially the heated pool and hot tub! Spacious inside and nice electronic amenities too (like Roku’s on both TVs). Terrific communication from Susana, don’t hesitate to stay here in this central location to all fun things in LA and Disney!
