This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st floor apartment sleeps 6 and has lift access and air-conditioning. It is perfectly positioned in this quiet, secure private complex with direct access down steps to the sandy beach. The picturesque balcony off the open-plan lounge and dining room has exquisite views of the sea and spectacular sunsets. Superbly situated 2 min walk from the long sandy beach of Praia Da Oura, yet just 10 min walk from the vibrant nightlife of 'The Strip', this apartment offers the best of both worlds, with relaxation on the beach during the day and great restaurants and plenty of entertainment at night. There is a regular bus service to the Old Town and the bus stop and taxi rank are conveniently located close to the complex. A variety of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars are all within a 5 min walk.

Great to be back

It was nice to be back in this apartment we have stayed here many times in the past before the owners had to return to live in it.It has always felt homely and comfortable.Terry was great very chatty and spent time showing us how things worked unlike other apartments we have had where they take your deposit and leave Well done to you Terry top bloke ! Hope to visit again.

Great location close to everything but quiet too

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment and as a family of 5 the apartment and location ticks the box perfectly for us. The apartment is very close to the beach (s) and if you like the night life of the strip, it's a 5 minute walk away. Don't let being so close to the nightlife put you off thinking it will be really noisy because its not! The apartment is situated down a side street which is away from the main thoroughfare and is honestly very quiet. There's a supermarket which is very well stocked with good prices just a couple of minutes walk away as are cafes and bars. On both visits we didn't have a car and for us this worked perfectly. The old town is a good 30 min walk away, bit of steep hill on the way back, but a taxi ride back is not expensive. The apartment is well equipped, great air conditioning throughout, with three bedrooms and having two good sized bathrooms is a bonus not to mention the wifi (a must for the teenagers LOL). The view from the main balcony is lovely and sees the full afternoon/evening sun too. The smaller balcony off the main bedroom sees the morning sun. Julie is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to arrival. Terry who managers the property (meets you on arrival) is very helpful too. The shared pool is a very short walk from the property (just round the corner) its a pretty setting, not loads of sun lounges but there's a big grass area so lots of room to layout (trees too should you like to sit under the shade). There was one potential hiccup which Julie made us aware of a week prior to our arrival regarding access to the shared pool but this was thankfully sorted for the duration of our stay. This is a great apartment I would highly recommend staying as you wont be disappointed.

Brilliant Apartment - Close To Everything

Fantastic apartment with all amenities to make a home from home. Booking process and communication with Julie went very well despite a few changes I had to make due to flight reschedules. The apartment is ideally situated close to bars and restaurants but far enough away to minimise noise. Terry looked after us on arrival and departure and was very helpful during our stay.

One minor glitch with noisy neighbours towards the end of our stay but Terry said he would look into it.

Highly recommended and would not hesitate to return.

The Best Yet

Spacious, well maintained, well equiped apartment close (2/3 mins) to café, bar, restaurants, supermarket, bus stops. 5-10 mins easy walk to the beach or if younger than us, to the 'Strip'.

Easy to book and Julie, helpful and courteous, is quick to respond.

We have been holidaying in this area for over 20 years and stayed in numerous hotel and private apartments (even timeshare) but no doubt this is the best yet.

Although close to all amenities, it's a quiet location where you can sit on the large balcony, glass in hand and enjoy the sea views sitting in the sunshine till the sun goes down.

No surprise that we are back again in June.
