On the estate are three observation decks, hot tub, sauna and a swimming pool, a 1892 historic water supply tower, walking roads, a 1952 Cris Craft Double Cabin Fly Bridge (32 foot wooden boat - under restoration) and a static, 2001 Citabria airplane. Also located on the estate is a 5500 square foot Queen Ann style Victorian Mansion. The mansion was built around 1893 and lived in by former secretary of Treasury William H. Woodin under Franklin D.
