Down the hall is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed and a beautiful view of the lake. Continuing down the hall is the first master suite, which is outfitted with a queen bed and a private, full 4 piece washroom. To finish off the entry level of the home is a stunning loft bedroom that overlooks the sunroom, with breathtaking views of the lake. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a new crib (27.5" x 52" crib mattress) and a new glider recliner for rocking the little ones to sleep.

Just down the staircase you enter the main floor. This open concept floor plan is perfect for family gatherings! It includes a custom gourmet chef's kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, custom maple cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. The enormous, farm-style dining table is ideal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, set in front of a massive wall of windows to thoroughly enjoy the view of Seneca Lake.

The water depth ranges from ankle deep at the lake wall, to approximately 5 feet deep at the ladder, and quickly goes to 10+ feet at the edge of the dock. From this dock, your guests can swim, kayak, fish, or have a front row seat for the best sunsets on Seneca.
