Exceptional

We have stayed in Paris many times. This time we were running Paris Marathon and wanted to stay for the week prior. We travelled with our teenage children. This flat was exceptional. Its not just the fact that its beautiful and light. Nor that there is plenty of space. Or that its modern and well equipped. Though it is all of those. Its more that its perfectly central to Paris and despite being on a busy street it is a quiet flat that is completely safe and utterly welcoming. Thats not always been our experience of Paris. The flat is a short pleasant walk from the Louvre. Its next to Strasbourg St Denis Metro which is ideal for anywhere in Paris. I haven't stayed in a better location. We didn't cook the whole week. We could have done (the kitchen is great) but the food right outside the door is great and very reasonable. To top that off, Felix is the perfect host. He arranged taxis and helped us with dilemmas. If there is a better place to stay in Paris, I would be astonished.

Great place

Felix was great. The apartment was close to the metro and bus lines. Everything you need is just steps away. Clean and comfortable apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Apartment

This property by far exceeded our expectations. Virginia was lovely meeting us on arrival and showing how things worked in the apartment. She was more than happy for us to contact her with any queries. The apartment had everything we needed from a kitchen that had every appliance possible and was very well stocked to the most comfortable beds and pillows! The "little extras" supplied were wonderful as most apartments don't have these. The apartment is located within a few steps of the Metro and is a superb location. We would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends and will definitely stay here again when we visit Paris. Thank you for an awesome time in Paris. We were very sad to leave.

Christmas in Paris

Felix and Virginia were very responsive to all of our questions and needs through out our stay. We are thankful for our time in Paris.

Great Thanksgiving here

The apartment was really nice. Virginia was great. Location was good too. Everything worked and there was plenty of room for all 3 of us. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving. Entrance hall once you come into the building could use a paint job, but we have noticed several building are like that in France.
