In 1st floor (2nd for US) with two BR and two full bathrooms. The main BR has the bathroom inside with a queen bed and A/C. The 2nd room has a queen Futon very comfortable. It has a dinning room next to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, wine cooler, fridge and kit for cooking. It has a loundry room with laundry drying system. The building has 18 apartments and it's very quiet and safe (superintendent and CCTV). The lobby of the building has an internal garden and the stairs that lead you to the apartment. Condesa neighborhood is 4 blocks away (5 min) and WTC is 8 blocks away (10 min). It is very close to two main access routes of the city (Viaducto & Patriotismo). You will enjoy of several convenience stores, restaurantes, and a park.
