This superbly located villa is just a 15 minute stroll to the Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops & bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a secure gated development. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with satellite TV with English speaking channels, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room with doors leading onto its own large sun terrace with dining table and chairs.The solarium also has an awning for comfort. The villa comes with air conditioning throughout. There is a further terrace leading from the lounge which overlooks the communal pool & gardens to the front. Pretty gardens to the back of the villa. The villa is also only 3 min drive to the Villamartin Golf course and within easy reach of the Royal Campoarmor and Las Rambas courses with many others less than 15min drive. Blue flag beaches are located at La Zenia, Cabio Roig and Campamour are just a short drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended.

The villa is located in a secure gated community in the Villa Martin area of the Orihuella Costa. It is easily accessible from airports at Alicante - 45 minutes and Murcia - 20 minutes. Beaches are nearby at La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Riog- all within a 10 minute drive away from the villa.You are within 40 minutes of La Manga, Cartagena and Murcia with Europes largest theme park Terra Mitica in Benidorm only 90 minutes drive away. There is a popular Aqua Water park within 15 minutes drive from the villa.There are many good markets to visit which are ideal to buy your souvenirs or local produce. Within a short distance of the villa are dozens of restaurants and bars for you to enjoy at the Villamartin Plaza, as well as supermarkets, banks and local amenities. Further restaurants are located a nearby at La Zenia and Playa Flamenca. For those that like a little more action nearby Torreveija offers funfairs, a lively nightclub, beauitful bars and restaurants in the new marina

Great little villa. Communal pool was lovely and my 2 little girls loved it. A nice little walk to Villa Martin plaza. Had to hire a car to get to beaches but lovely location. Thanks for having us :)

Beautiful home in excellent location

Went with my other half and 2 friends (another couple) - it was a home away from home, everything you needed was there. So much to do in the area and the plaza is within walking distance with exceptional restaurants/bars. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for having us, will defiantly be back again :)

Modern 3 bedroom Villa .Excellent self contained clean comfortable accommodation with pool, own garden and terrace.

Set in beautiful gardens in quiet up market area , within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Supermarket and shopping centre nearby.

Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Lovely House

Family of four enjoyed a lovely stay , everything a family could wish for in the house.Everything worked perfectly , Friendly hosts with great communicatiion. If i had one tiny issue, the sofa in lounge wasn.t most comfortable but that was really a small issue, thanks for a lovely holiday.

Over the past few years we have been upgrading many items in the house for our guests, such as the addition of sofa's on the downstairs veranda, a dishwasher and new TV. We endeavour to maintain a high standard of accommodation and will over the coming year or so replace the existing sofa's. The challenge always remains to find a sofa bed style sofa that adds flexibilty for the extra sleeping if required with the comfort of a normal sofa. Great location and lovely house

Have stayed in this complex many times as my sister has a holiday home here also. I think it's the nicest area in villamartin as its so well maintained. THe house was ideal and the eating area outside is perfect. HAd my young granddaughter with me and she loved it. Thanks EIleen and Dave. It's so relaxing
