With a new indoor decoration, whith a new beds, new sofas,and fully refurbished furniture, Ca'n Bou Petit is just located 4km from Puerto Pollença, 6 km from Cala San Vicente and 2 km from Pollença town. There are some sights to visit. In the north there is a nice town with beaches with white sands to visit and swim. In Pollença is a golf course a 4 km and another a 12 km. If you prefer nautical sports, in Puerto Pollença is a sailing school and boats and sailing for rent. There are also excursions exploring the beautiful beaches and coves of de area. These tours are recommended. If you want to diving, there are few diving centre. Both Pollença town, Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente, there are very good restaurants to eat, so fresh fish of de bay or grilled meat to. The owners are happy to recommended some if they wish. The owners speak English (a little). At 50 mtrs away,we have another villa for 6 people (REF: El reconet de n'Aina 448 266) is ideal for large families who may need more rooms.

Very quiet. Fully closed to car traffic.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms , air aconditioned and radiators.

The owner has to wait in a place before they agreed to accompany them to the villa.

Beautiful villa in a great location

We loved this villa! Very clean inside and a well equipped kitchen with everything you could want. The outside area is the most impressive. Stunning gardens and pool. Beautiful terrace for eating out and we especially loved the bbq area and separate table for drinks in the evening. We would highly recommend this villa. Especially as the owner was so friendly and accommodating. We will be back! Thanks Joan!

Excellent countryside retreat

We found the villa and the surrounding countryside lovely, well situated for Pollenca & Puerto Pollenca. The owners are very helpful, we had a great holiday and will definitely be going again.

Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Joan ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter und die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Das Haus entspreicht dem, was man sich langläufig von einer Finca verspricht und hat sehr viel Charme.

Wir, neun Personen, haben uns dort wie zu Hause gefühlt und können die Ruhe, den tollen Garten, das Haus und die schöne Umgebung nur loben.

Die Lage der Finca ist ideal für vielerlei Unternehmungen, ein Auto ist allerdings zu empfehlen.

Diese Finca hat alles, was das Herz begehrt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter kümmert sich super um die Gäste. Wir können diese Finca nur weiter empfehlen. Wir waren zu neunt vor Ort und hatten viel Spaß. Dank an Joan für seine Mühen, alles schnell zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu erledigen!

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The house is a rustic farm with much caracter , is very quiet and is very close to all sites. We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

Ca'n Bou Petit is designed for outdoor living. Only 5 minutes from town and the beach. The house is ready for 9 persons, but there are a posibility for 3 more people. Spacious sun terraces, lawns and tropical gardens surround the large swimming pool with Roman steps in shallow end. There is a brick barbecue and shaded patios for your enjoyment added, and the whole area is well furnished for relaxing and dining al fresco .. Leading off from here is a large kitchen / dining room, which is very attractive. From the living room, a hallway leading to a double room and a beautiful bathroom with sunken tub. , a nice room with two beds, a single room and two bathrooms.

Ground floor: living room with French doors. 1 doublé bed room ( 135 cmts x 190 cmts ). Bathroom with shower over bath, bidet and WC. Open tread stairs to first floor laundry room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms ( 150 cmts x 190 cmts , one with balcony and one with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. 1 bed room with a King bed ( 180 cmt x 190 cmts ) and 1 single bed ( 90 cmts x 200 cmts ). ON THE FIRST FLOOR THERE ARE .POSIBILITY OF 2 MORE EXTRA ROOMS FOR 3 MORE PEOPLE. SPECIAL FOR A BIG FAMILIES. ASK TO THE OWNER FOR ADITIONAL PRICES FOR EXTRA PEOPLE. MAXIMUM 12 PERSONS . 1 bed room 150 cmts x 190 cmts. 1 sigle bed room 90 cmts x 200 cmts.

2 bathrooms with shower over bath and toilet. Separate toilet.

All bed rooms have air aconditioned.

Golf: There are a golf course of 9 holes at 6 kms ( Pollença golf club ). at 17 kmt there are another one of 18 holes. ( Aucanada Golf Club )

From the Owner

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also. Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others.
