Stunning Avlaki Cottage.
We had a really wonderful stay at Avlaki Cottage. Nikos the owner was there to welcome us with a warm handshake and some local guidance. The cottage is well equipped and furnished to high standard and was immaculately clean on takeover and cleaned mid week too. The pool is cleaned regularly and the whole place was stunning, including the long driveway through the olive trees. It is situated a hundred yards or so some stunning Avlaki Beach and the taverna. Would definitely recommend.

About the host

Host profile image
All family has been in tourist business but not in rental till now.
I run an accounting firm in Corfu island for 35 years, all my clients are involved in tourist market.
My wife is a private chef and my son is also a chef in a Corfu restaurant.

Why they chose this property

The land belonged to my family more than 100 years, my father decided to build a small store to keep the wine we were making for the family.
After he passed away we renovated it ( actually bring it all down) and turned it to small romantic cottage, adding a swimming pool, kiosk etc.

What makes this property unique

Very close to the well known Avlaki beach (1 min ), still away from noise and crowd, in a gated 4000 sqm old olive grove, next to Erimitis forest.
You will enjoy private pool, fresco lunch at the kiosk or long walks to the ever green ancient olive grove of Corfu.
At walking distance there are restaurants, horse riding spot and sailing windsurf school.
