Great place to stay

Went to Barcelona for a catch up with family - seven of us in total. The apartment with four separate double bedrooms was perfect - especially as there were three separate shower rooms/wcs, so no waiting around. The location is just what we wanted - in the old quarter just off Placa Reial with loads of good cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, plus interesting little shops. The kitchen area picked up a bit of noise as there were people walking around until around 4-5am but this couldn't be heard much in the bedrooms as they had two laters of glazing, as opposed to one in the kitchen. No sofas/living area but easily enough space to sit around the kitchen table which was perfect for chilling over a glass of wine. They kindly let us leave our bags there after check-out for a couple of hours which was very convenient. Minor niggle was they could do with a couple more cups/glasses but that is a minor niggle and I am sure will be sorted. We would definately stay there again if we were that sized group.

Great location and quiet

The property is nice well appointed. The property owner is good at communication, We had a problem with having hot water in the showers. If it was fixed i will definitely stay there again

Alles hat gestimmt. Julio hat uns bei der Ankunft gleich herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles prima erklärt. Die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern war einfach perfekt. Überhaupt ist die Wohnung top ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir durften am letzten Tag auch länger bleiben, während der sehr nette Reinigungsherr alles gut geputzt hat. Wirklich ein overall-Topservice.

Perfect Location!

Great property steps away from real plaza, shopping and restaurants/bars. Building is old España vibe. Julio is terrific and assisted with all questions very quickly. Loved it!
