LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It sits at the pinnacle of it all in Breckenridge. Just down the street from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. To make things easier, Main Street is just a 0.2 mile walk, which means you are 5 minutes away from all the shopping and dining you can dream of.

AMENITIES – Entering this condo, you are greeted by beautiful tile floors and modern track lighting. After a day on the slopes, come in, take off your boots and revel in your vacation rental surroundings. Put your feet up in the living area by the gas fireplace, or cozy up on the couch and watch a DVD on the flat screen. Whatever you choose, you will be absolutely content. The open kitchen features granite counter tops with updated appliances and the dining area has seating for nine. Don’t forget about the private washer and dryer to make your life easier. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Great location, amenities & communication
- 5 beds accommodated our party of 5 perfectly - Dishes, pans, & seasonings were well stocked - Nice lockable closet next to our door entrance for storage of our snowboards - Nice balcony overlooking parking lot & we can see the hot tubs so that we can plan to walk over when one of them is free - Village pools and spa tubs were an amazing experience since there were many travelers and good conversation over drinks - Walking distance to 4'oclock chair & somewhat to beaver run, but also close enough to walk to the bus stop to take a shuttle over to either location - Walking distance to town for nightlife - Highly recommend, will definitely return!

Great spot for a family!
Overall this was the perfect spot for our family of four. We loved the convenience to both town and the slopes. The unit had every convenience of home. It was great having a washer and dryer too! The only item to note was the master bed was a little uncomfortable (tapped in the middle with two adults on it. Despite that, we will definitely consider staying here again! The property host were very responsive to all our questions.

Perfect stay in Breck
The condo was fantastic! Rooms and family room tv are bigger than pics show. All bedding was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and the location was close to town, snowflake lift and shuttle stop. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Good location, unit in need of TLC
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was well equipped, but the appliances were outdated (the dishwasher broke during our stay). The entire unit screams for updates, with tired furniture and closets stuffed with odds and ends. Additionally, some bedding had stains and needs replacing.
