199WR: a 2 bedroom flat offering with 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub) that sleeps up to 9 + Living eating area and a Winter garden + parking space. On extra charge can be added the Studio flat.

Studio Flat consisting of in a large kitchen with table for 6, a partially handicapped bathroom (+ regular shower) and Living/Sleeping area with double bed, day bed (can be done as two singles or one double or 1 single) and 1chair-bed (sleeps up to 5 people) .

A walk away to local large supermarkets as well as an Odeon I-Max multiplex cinema. A small convenience store across the street supplies basic staples.Travellers to London can catch a bus directly in front of the development with a five minute bus ride to North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line Zone 2) or Greenwich Cutty Sark DLR (Zone 2), or a train from nearby Westcombe Hill St.

We knew the developer and purchased three units together. They were close to the other properties we owned which made the management of the properties that much easier.

What makes this apartment unique

The high ceilings and big, easy to work with rooms were key in our property purchase choice. The location (5 minutes walk to the nearest train station) as well as the walk into Old Town Greenwich and the 02 (about 20 minutes) made it even more attractive.

the studio is very nice and has all the comforts.The location is superb right on the high street where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.Very close to train stations and the bus stop is just few meters away.Ideal for families with children,I would recommend it to anyone.We had a great time.

  • With high ceilings and a large square footage the sleeping and living area of the studio intermingle. The Day Bed (IKEA HEMNES) opens up into two single side by side single sleepers or a double while there is a good sized double 150x180. There is a Trundle for one and an additional chair bed that sleeps another person. The Studio has mahogany colour wooden floors and its whitewashed walls stand in stark contrast to the wall of south facing glass cleverly concealed from the street by vertical blinds for privacy.

The Studio can be part of a larger property 199WR (Please click on separate tab). As there are two different entrances into the property, it can be either taken by a large group or two smaller groups. The difference is that a dividing door is either kept locked or unlocked depending on if the property is being rented by two separate groups or one group. The Studio alone consists of its own kitchen with dining table and chairs, its own bathroom and a large living area which includes both sleeping and T.V. facilities. 199WR consists of a marital bedroom and en-suite. A second bedroom with 4 beds with en-suite bathroom. A large living and eating area and a covered balcony. For large groups you might consider adding to the Studio, either or both our other units: 199WR and 197WR.

Very positive experience

We have nothing but positive things to say about this flat and the owner. Julian was very kind and very receptive to any needs that we had during our three month stay in Greenwich, which is one of the best areas to stay in London. The accommodation is modern, cleaned weekly, and is just by a bus stop that takes one right to the North Greenwich tub station (within 10 minutes by bus). The flat can also conjoin with a secondary flat on the first floor, which makes it perfect for two families.

Great little place, very convenient to public transport

We stayed at the property for 9 days while working at the O2 Arena. Very convenient transportation, even during the night, the place is close to supermarket and had all we needed. Really nice stay.

Lovely studio in Greenwich

I stayed here for one week and then I came back for other two times.

The studio is located in an ideal position: in front you have buses that take to O2 or to Cutty Sark and Westcombe Rail Station is very close.

The studio is quite big and very well presented. I have found it clean and I have been welcomed every time with courtesy.

I will definitevily come again when I will be back in London.

Gute Unterkunft für Ausflüge nach London!

Wir waren mit fünf Personen, darunter drei kinder und eines davon im Rollstuhl, in Greenwich. Die ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Di8e verkehrsmöglichlkeiten sind optimal, ebenso wie die Einkaufsmöglichleiten. Wenn man nicht zum Laden laufen möchte, nimmt man den Bus der direkt vor der Wohnung hält. Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahren Straße und ist dementsprechend laut, aber wir haben alle problemlos schlafen können, nach anstrengenden erlebnisreichen Sightseeing... Zum Erkunden von London und auch Greenwich ist diese Wohnung gut geeignet. Francesca und Julian Jarvis waren immer zur Auskunft und Hilfe bereit. wir hatten wirklich auch sehr viele Fragen.Vielen Dank!

We were with five people, including three children and one in a wheelchair, in Greenwich. The apartment is as described. Everything is there, what you need. The kitchen is well equipped. The traffic possibilities are optimal, as well as the shopping possibilities. If you do not want to walk to the store, take the bus that stops in front of the apartment. The apartment is located on a busy street and is accordingly loud, but we all can sleep easily, after exhausting exciting sightseeing ... For exploring London and Greenwich, this apartment is well suited. Francesca and Julian Jarvis were always ready to help. we really had a lot of questions. Thanks a lot!

Extrem laut

Die Wohnung, die wir bekommen haben, war direkt auf die Straße. Es ist praktisch ein angepasster Laden (mit kompletten Glas-Fenster /-Tür auf die Straßenseite). Die akustische Isolierung ist ganz schlecht und man hört den ganzen Verkehr. Auch mit Hör-stöpsel könnten wir nachts nicht gut schlafen. Busse fahren den ganzen Tag und Nacht (es gib nur ein paar Stunden pausen mittle der Nach) kurz vor der Tür.

You act as if somehow you were mis-sold our property when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. We had no idea you were unhappy with your choice. We communicated extensively about many aspects of your stay before, during and after and you never mentioned a problem. On our side, we do not advertise the flat differently than what it is. Advert pictures for this flat shows exactly how it relates to the street. Not only do we have loads of pictures on the website with a floorplan but also provided you with fan information form about the property (including a map indicating it's relationship to the street). To avoid exactly this type of issue even occurring we send a YouTube video clip to every guest. We wonder if you took time to look at the advert, read the information form or click on the video link? Nothing was said about efforts made on our side with your requests for early check-in and late check out or even a slightly positive comment a future guest might appreciate ie. closeness to transportation, lovely area, conveniently located etc Every year we make betterments to improve our units and there are plans for the future. While the windows are double glazed, cavity walls containing voids have been filled with sound proof insulation, non-opening windows to the front have been replaced with windows that open and let in ventilation, Planters to the front of the building have been added for more privacy etc Nonetheless, we take all comments seriously and will set our focus on further works to improve the comfort of our guests in the future.

Greenwich was the home of the Equestrian Olympic events in 2012 but its story goes back much further. With is rich naval history and the old Tudor capital of England, it boasts multiple tourist attractions with charming enclaves. Crowd pleasers in Greenwich are the maritime museum, the fan museum and the painted hall in Greenwich university as well as the royal observatory in Greenwich park with its green laser shooting out in the night sky along the meridian line. For those looking for an alternative market, the weekend market in Greenwich is fantastic with hundreds of stalls selling everything from fudge bars to children’s toys.

Now the Cutty Sark ship gad been brought back to its former splendour while the day tourists can grab a pint of beer at either the Gypsy Moth. Pub or Trafalgar Tavern Pub One of the oldest), there are many more grub, gastro pubs and restaurants to try.
