197WR: a 3 bedroom Flat offering with 2 bathrooms and large livingroom/Kitchen , dinning room (sleeps up to 9) PLUS at extra charge we can add the Etxra Overflow Room which sleeps up to 5 peole. There is a balcony, a winter garden + a parking space.

199WR: a 2 bedroom flat offering with 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub) that sleeps up to 8 + Living eating area and a Winter garden + parking space. On extra charge can be added the Studio flat.

Studio Flat consisting of in a large kitchen with table for 5, a partially handicapped bathroom (+ regular shower) and Living?Sleeping area with sofa bed, day beds and chair-bed (sleeps up to 5 people) .

A 5 minute walk away to local large Sainsburys supermarket as well as an Odeon I-Max multiplex cinema. A small convenience store across the street supplies basic staples.Travellers to London can catch a bus directly in front of the development with a five minute bus ride to North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line Zone 2) or Greenwich Cutty Sark DLR (Zone 2), or a train from nearby Westcombe Hill St.

Great place, great location

Our family loved our stay in Greenwich. We walked to the Royal Observatory. The Tube was just a short bus ride away and the bus came within a block or two of our apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious. The property was just as advertised. We would highly recommend this place. We had a question on how to use one of the appliances and the owner was quick to respond.

Excellent Choice

We rented this flat for 9 days for a family vacation. The description was very accurate. The flat was very clean. Very close to transportation, stores and pubs. There were 7 adults and 1 toddler. We had plenty of room for all of us. We did make muse of the 4 th bedroom. The owners were very helpful. The only reason we would give this 4 stars instead of 5 is our beds were not super comfortable but we would definitely want to stay there again if we came back to London.

One nice feature having a toddler was the doors that close at the top of the stairs. We never had to worry about her falling down the stairs.

We would recommend this flat to a friend and would not hesitate to stay their again. We felt very fortunate to have found such a great place to stay.

Owner's Response: Dear Joanne, Thank you very much for a lovely review. My wife and I have actually just replaced the mattress of the en-suite bedroom as we knew it needed to be done. Space is one of those rare commodities that is hard to get in a City like London and we were very lucky that we were able to purchase this unit. We are seeing many others split their living rooms to create extra bedrooms creating much smaller living areas for travelling families. However, it is nice to have space as you say for children to be able to wander around and families to stretch out and relax especially in a country like England where it can rain an awful lot and it is sometimes nice to take a little extra time in the rental unit. We hope to see you again someday and once again, thank you for a good review!! Francesca and Julian

Loved this place and the people who run it

The flat was great. It was just as advertised. Clean and neat, everything in the kitchen to cook for our large group, and enough rooms for our large crew. Easy to park your car and grab the bus right outside the door for site seeing. Only took 5 - 10 minutes to get to the O2 and into London in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend them for this alone. However, the true gem here is the owner and his staff. They went above and beyond working with us both before we arrived and after. They not only helped us with finding our way in London and leading us to the places we needed to get to, but they worked as our intermediaries when we were trying to get our bags (which the airline lost and a local company was supposed to deliver to us). They were truly amazing and without them our trip would have been a whole lot more difficult. Totally recommend them and the flat as well.

Totalmente recomendable

Encontramos la casa tal y como esperabamos, la gestión de la inmobiliaria fue rapidísima, en apenas unos minutos teníamos las llaves, la casa estaba como debía estar, con sus toallas, sabanas y camas en su sitio, perfectamente limpia y ordenada.

Cocina bien equipada para los once que éramos, fácil aparcamiento en la plaza reservada.

Parada de autobus en la misma puerta.... en fin, unos días sin complicaciones.
