Apartmant Mareta is situated next the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

In the center of Ljuta is the baroque church dedicated to St. Peter. Ljuta is named after the river Ljuta, and known for its hospitality of old Boka's families.
Today it is called elite resort which is ideal for walking with an unforgettable view of the see and old Baroque palaces.
