Didn't want to leave!

Our time in Uvita, Playa Ballena and the surrounding area was amazing and the condo at Elan was perfect. We had everything we needed for two couples to retreat in comfort after our days exploring and enjoying the serene beach. The condo was sparkling clean on arrival and the staff was friendly and helpful. We hope to return.

Family Fun in the Sun

We spent a week here over Christmas as a family. We all enjoyed the beach and our little one loved the kiddie pool. The unit was fresh and clean and well equipped and the staff is attentive and friendly. Hope to be back soon!

Clean, classy, and modern. Amazing location!

This Elan condo is the perfect escape. It feels very upscale with all new appliances, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and high tech amenities (TVs in all rooms, cable, WiFi, etc). I spent most mornings either walking down the beach--which is steps away--or getting a little work done on the porch using the high speed WiFi. We even watched the Super Bowl and found a channel playing it in English! The complex is secure with guards on duty and a lifeguard on the beach. The beach has everything you need: large tented grilling area, a fire pit, outdoor shower, hammocks, WiFi, water sport equipment, and even a monkey-bar style workout area. The condo complex also has a pool area with a grill, bathrooms, outdoor shower, WiFi, and frequent wildlife visits. The Elan condos are surrounded by amazing restaurants. There are two large super markets down the road and a cool area in Uvita with a great farmers market every Saturday. We went ATV'ing and kayaking nearby, and you can find plenty of other activities within a short drive. This is the perfect unit for a perfect vacation!

Lovely beach visit

This is a lovely property to stay in. The proximity to a gorgeous beach is the biggest plus. No, I take that back, the staff is their greatest asset. They are so very helpful and kind. You will feel welcome and well cared for. The unit is new, clean, fairly well equipped and comfortable. My only asks are for some plastic glassware so we could carry a cocktail to the beach to enjoy the sunsets and something to squeeze oranges with for said cocktails. And really, that is all this wonderful location lacked. In truth, had I asked, they would have undoubtably been supplied. The pools are cleaned constantly, there are groundskeepers gathering every errant leaf and tending to the beautiful planting. The wild life is abundant. Howler Monkeys, Toucans, and countless gorgeous birds. Also really huge grasshoppers! You are midway between Uvita and Ojocal which means lots of fabulous restaurants to enjoy. I strongly recommend a trip to Aracari for a sunset and dinner and also lunch at Ballena Bistro. a Go, enjoy, say hi to Vanessa, Jorge and Ariel for us.

Nothing less than amazing!

We spent a week at Elan and we were blown away. The staff, the suites, the amenities. We couldn't have had a better week here and we would be blessed to be able to experience this many more times in the future. Everyone treated us so we'll and went above and beyond to make sure our Costa Rica trip was something we would never forget. Thank you for treating us like gold. I truly hope we can visit again, sooner than later.

The closest public beaches are Hermosa Beach to the North and Ventanas Beach to the South, these 2 are open every day.
