Unwind in one of our hammocks under swaying palms or take a ride in one of our three kayaks along the crystal clear shores. Enjoy fishing right off the dock in the sports fishing capital of the world. Take advantage of the boat ramp to load and unload your boat in the convenience of your own backyard. Enjoy snorkeling, or any other water sport you can dream of. Spot sting rays, nurse sharks, tarpon, and many of the ocean’s natural wonders simply by taking a stroll down the dock. Take a short ride to Founder’s Park to enjoy the Olympic size pool, splash pad, beach area, pickle ball courts, playground, dog park or any other of their many amenities. Enjoy some of our new furniture, recent remodeling and new flooring throughout. Sleep well on the new king nectar hybrid mattresses upstairs and downstairs. Wake refreshed up to a stunning display of the rising sun right outside your window. We are an owner run property and take pride in being available for our tenants before and during your stay to give you the vacation of your dreams. Fabulous Family Week

Beautiful property with stunning sunrises! A couple of maintenance items came up and our hosts couldn’t have dealt with them any quicker. That’s exactly what you want in a host. We’ll be back. 😁

Paradise

Amazing property! Very clean and well stocked kitchen . The outdoor space is huge and has everything you need to enjoy the water. We fished from the dock, kayaked and napped in the hammocks. The hosts were responsive when we had a question and their welcome book was full of great places to eat and play. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful for big families

We had a wonderful week at the sanctuary! The 3 separate dwellings are perfect for multiple or big families and provide the opportunity for some separation and privacy. The dock was so convenient for pulling a boat up. The kitchen(s) had all we needed for cooking and grilling and having 3 fridges is such a necessity for a big family. Lastly, Andy is so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful property, spacious, nice amenities, host seen to be very nice. Did not get five stars because floor of main area in poor condition and basic amenities such as tp, trash bags, pillowcases and sheets/light blankets not available.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the house. Being right on the water and with family was a great overall vacation. The property was just as expected and we would all definitely stay there again!!!
