Enjoy your time away in my quiet, updated 2BR + Den home in the Kelowna Mission, just steps to Mission Park Mall and Gyro Beach, and a short drive to Kelowna General Hospital. It features a spacious bathroom, mud room, laundry room and open concept living and kitchen area. Parking for 3 or more vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. Detached garage full of beach toys and BBQ stuff for you to enjoy.

My quaint home was completely updated five years ago and features many modern and stylish elements. There is a work shop several-hundred feet from the house so you will see other people using the driveway during your stay. It is otherwise private. Please note that the third bedroom with the double bed has a curtain for privacy instead of a door. The second and third bedrooms are smaller than you may expect. As such, the house is suitable for a maximum of 6 guests.

The rental includes the entire home (2 bedrooms plus den, large bathroom, large mud room and open concept living and kitchen space as well as laundry access). The detached garage is full of beach floats, lawn chairs, a portable BBQ and many other things for your to use. I provide Tassimo coffee and make an effort to put out local produce like apples, grapes, cherries, etc. for you to enjoy. The laundry room is accessible by request only. Otherwise it stays locked. There is a large yard and you are welcome to use it as long as you don't go past the front of the large barn. There is plenty of parking, but please do not block the driveway.

I am happy to be part of your stay here in Kelowna if you would like. I welcome interaction with myself or my parents who live next door, but I also respect your space and am happy to leave you to enjoy your stay uninterrupted.

As the driveway is shared with a gentleman who uses the shop at the back of the property, please do not block the driveway. You can park behind the garage or facing the fence to the right of the house. I will be hosting periodically to help pay for some landscaping. As such, I may be in the yard during the day but I will do my best to stay away while you are home.

The South-Pandosy/Mission area is Kelowna's most desirable. It features two beautiful beaches and countless other beach accesses. The area also has dozens of eclectic restaurants and boutiques in addition to two large grocery stores, a number of banks, gas stations and drug stores. The house is located about 5 minutes from Kelowna General Hospital, and about 10 minutes from downtown Kelowna. The closest winery is about 15 minutes away and the closest golf course is less than 5 minutes away.

There is a bus stop about 200m from the house with access to downtown and Orchard Park Mall. Cycling along Abbott Street or to Kelowna's Greenway trail is also popular. Tim Horton's, Starbucks, groceries, banks and dozens of other retailers are a short 3 minute walk away. Taxi's to downtown cost about $12.
