It was just perfect for us. Having the bus right outside the gate was great. We have traveled quite a bit in Europe and it was the best shower pressure ever! We hardly had to use the heat even in December. Thank you so much!

A comfortable well appointed modern apartment in a good location with parking outside the property.

A modern apartment in a quiet location in Leith. Less than 100 metres to the nearest bus stop for access to Leith town centre and Edinburgh city centre. Did not need to use the car during our stay as buses are frequent and the day ticket at four pounds is a bargain. Would book again without hesitation.

Very pleasant stay

The property met the expectations, very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much! Even though we had to change dates from the ones originally booked, this was not an issue. The owner/manager was excellent in accommodating our requirements. On our departure day, we had to leave fairly early, but that wasn't too much trouble for them either! THANK YOU to both Francois and Diane! Will try to book again for our next visit to Edinburgh!

THESE WERE AN EXCELLENT CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY , THE apartment meets all expectations , is very comfortable and pleasant, is in a very good location, 25 minutes walk from the center of Edinburgh . We had a good time . WHAT recommend them.
