Family gathering

We loved the house and it’s great location. We were 5 adults and 3 kids under 10 and the availability to spread out was appreciated. We would recommend the house to anyone with a large family.

Quiet spot

Quiet spot yet close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and mini golf. Within walking distance to two beaches (we preferred Smugglers) but if you have young children be prepared to bring stroller, wagon (to lug all the beach gear too) or bike/scooter. It seemed further than 1/4 mile but we didn’t measure the distance. If you opt to drive, parking is $20/day. A nice yard for the kids to play too.

Our family has always loved Cape Cod – great beaches, world-class fishing, incredible natural beauty and a wide variety of family activities. When the opportunity presented itself to own a second home, the Cape was an obvious choice.

Location, Location. Location – A great neighborhood on a quiet cull-de-sac; a short walk to some of the Mid-Cape’s best beaches; very close to great restaurants and many activities and not far from other locations on the cape.

What makes this property unique

The quality of the build – attention to detail, the lay-out (including the dorm room above the garage, vaulted ceilings and open design), the outdoor shower and professional landscaping all make this a wonderful home and great vacation value.
