BEAUTY OF THE SEA villa in SPLIT 450 m from SEA

The house is located in a quiet part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, only 300 meters from the sandy beach. House offers accommodation for 13 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the second floor of the house. We rent it both to the same guests. Both have access to a pool of 34 squares and a beautiful garden. Enjoyment is guaranteed by a large stone barbecue by the pool.The property is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace... Both apartments have everything you might need for good vacation. House is just 600m distance from: tennis Court, football fied, golf course. You can enjoy walking by the Žrnovnica river which is about 200 m from the house. Two most popular beaches of Split, Žnjan i Bačvice are just 1.5 -2 km from the property. Big shooping centers "City center One" and "Mall of Split" are 2km from our property. If you need relax and be close to everything important in Split, you are in the right place. The "Beauty of the Sea" has to wait for you!!!

Espectacular

Que como en casa no se está como en ningún lado no es aplicable en este caso. La casa no solo ha cumplido (y superado) nuestras expectativas con creces - las espectaculares fotos de la propiedad reflejan con fidelidad la casa -, sino que Nives y Mate han hecho de nuestra estancia una experiencia para recordar; ya el primer día, nos recibieron con unas copas y una cena deliciosa y a lo largo de nuestro tiempo en Croacia, han sabido satisfacer nuestras necesidades dándonos también la privacidad que necesitamos. La casa está situada en Stobreč a unos 15 minutos del centro de Split y hay un supermercado cerca de la casa, a unos 5 minutos a pie. Se nota cuando un huésped se esfuerza en complacer tus exigencias y Nives y Mate lo han hecho, y mucho. Cualquier comentario es poco para poder expresar lo bien que nos han tratado y nuestro agradecimiento por ello. Totalmente recomendada.
