Our beautiful flat is perfect for families as it has all the space and coms., over 120sqm, that children/babies and parents need.
Its local shops, great walks and bike rides on the hills overlooking the lake give to everyone a perfect holiday. You may just relax, leisure around the pool and sip a glass of local wine in the evening on our terrace.
It is also great for couples as the views are extremely romantic and the atmosphere very relaxing. A nearby amazing beauty/spa centre and restaurants for every taste are completing your holiday. Desenzano, Sirmione and Salo offer great shopping even for the most demanding person. The great golf courses or the lovely food festivals and wineries will keep you busy.
Art Gallery or water sport facilities at just 5-10 minutes drive.
Do not forget the beaches and the theme parks like Gardaland, Caneba, Movie Studios, Safari all around the lake!

Great Apartment in a beautiful area

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for your holiday, quiet area with a few restaurants and shop within walking distance however recommend a car to get to the lake and main towns & port. Host was great, very responsive to messages and provided some great recommendations for places to eat. We had a fabulous time staying here and would highly recommend

Lovely family holiday in Soiano del Lago

Would happily recommend it. We loved Roberta's place! She was so responsive to all of our messages (both prior to and during our stay) providing us with helpful information for our arrival, checkin and stay. The Apartment has excellent amenities, the swimming pool is beautiful and the views from the terrace are great. It’s a lovely flat and location to enjoy a perfect family trip.

Perfectly situated spacious apartment

We stayed here this July with our two children (3 and 6 years old) and had a fantastic time. The apartment is well equipped and very spacious. We particularly loved the balcony with the sofa, dining table and fantastic view over the lake. The swimming pool is a good size and a real treat in the hot afternoons. The underground parking was also fantastic to keep the car cool. We took a few short trips, to Desanzano, Salo, and to a local beach, but loved everywhere we visited. Roberta was really helpful and replies quickly to messages. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit Lake Garda.

Fantastic holidays

We stayed for 2 week with our 2 children (4 and 9 years old). Everything was like on the fotos in internet. We enjoyed our holidays very much. It is a quiet place to relax with a great view to the lake. The appartment and the pool is fantastic an it is only a few minutes to go to Moniga or Manerba beach by car. Also a baker, butcher, little supermarket and restaurants are to reach within 5 min foot walk. We would highly recommend the appartment - we think about to come back next year. We had 2 perfect weeks.
