MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD 63 NIGHTS - Formerly owned by a famous Hollywood actor, this secure, gated, 610 square meter (6,500 square foot) beachfront villa is set in 9,000 square meters (two acres) of mature palm gardens with 85 meter (275 feet) of beach frontage onto the Mediterranean. Private master bedroom suite on the upper floor with 2 ensuite bathrooms, seating area and large balcony with spectacular views over the pool and sea beyond, plus 5 additional ensuite double bedrooms (2 of which comprise a family suite with a shared shower room). All bathrooms have been recently modernised to a very high standard with Travertine marble and top quality sanitary ware. Large double height main saloon facing toward the sea, TV/games room with Samsung LED TV, Blue Ray DVD player, United Kingdom TV channels including Sky Sports via fibre optic broadband connection, surround sound, Sonos multi-room sound system including outdoor speakers, pool table and table tennis, modern kitchen, dining room, laundry room. An 8-person jacuzzi cascades into the enormous swimming pool of 20 meters (66 feet) by 8 meters (26 feet), surrounded by marble and terracotta terraces and poolside room with a large dining table. Why Christopher Morse chose West Costa del Sol

Our villa serves primarily as our family's holiday home. It is very spacious and has glorious views over the sea from every room in the house except two bedrooms (one of which faces the tennis court instead). The villa is furnished with quality furniture, fixtures, fittings and decorations. It has been extensively re-furbished over the past two years including the creation of a two bedroom family suite with private terrace facing toward the sea, increasing the number of bedrooms to 6. The windows and doors are new modern double glazed pvc units and are fitted with fly screens.

What makes this villa unique

The villa occupies a very large beachfront plot and is only one of two beachfront villas along this stretch of coast line, the other being immediately next door. The villa enjoys excellent privacy within which to enjoy the fine facilities including pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court and bar-b-que. The perimeter of the property is walled/fenced on all sides with electric entrance gate to ensure security and privacy. Large expanses of terraces, which are well furnished with high quality outdoor furniture, provide multiple vantage points from which to enjoy the garden, which faces the sea.

Perfect family holidays in a great unique Villa

We stayed in the Villa for 10 days ....... three families with 10 kids from 1 to 12 years age and 6 adults. The house was as described, very clean, and we enjoyed the big pool as well as the fantastic possibilities.. the own tennis court.. billiard.. tischtennis.. jacuzi:)... home cinema with flat TV where the kids had their breaks..

The kids as well as we where busy the whole day... and in the evening we enjoyed the great seaview on the lighted pool with good spanish wine, cigarrs and sometimes barbecue as well.

Two golf clubs are also very close.. .. you can reach both within 5 minutes.. and we have seen further three which you can reach within 10-15 minutes..

We also liked the direct access to the beach where we have been most of the time more or less alone...

You can reach Estepona within 5 minutes and Marbella with the nightlife and perfect shopping possibilities within 20 minutes.

Inside.. modern kitchen with everything what you need .. (great was the second fridge for the bottle store and the possibility of fresh ice) .. the 5 bathrooms and 6 toilettes where perfect for our demand..big living room with

So overall we had a very good time and we can highly recommend this unique Villa with the stylish details and fantastic possibilities....
