Spanish Main is great and we love Cocoa Beach, however I it 64 in Spanish Main is in poor condition.

We have been going to Cocoa Beach for several years and enjoy the area and the beaches. This unfortunately was our first year to have a poor experience with respect to our accommodations. We stayed in Spanish Main #64 as it was advertised as a luxury condo with a great location. The location is in fact fantastic and the general Spanish Main facility is. nice though lacking tennis courts, however #64 is not a luxury unit from our perspective. It is a very old and dated unit which frankly is also in need of not only a refresh but also a deep and extensive cleaning. While this experience will not deter us from future Cocoa Beach holidays, we are going to be much more careful about future holiday accomodation and maybe simply return to places we have stayed in past given we know their condition and quality meets luxury accomodation at standards.

Great Stay!

Spanish Main 64 was perfect for our family. Great safe place for our 1 1/2 year old to play on the balcony without worry. Clean and the beach was lovely and clean as well. We saw 2 rocket launches from the beach so check the space launch schedule when you're there! Easy one-hour drive to Disney.

Awesome time at Cocoa Beach

Our family stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and enjoyed this condo! Clean, spacious with plenty of amenities for families and a nice pool/ beach nearby. The only down side was the weather was cool and rainy a few days, but we still stepped out to enjoy the pool and beach.

Spanish Main Cocoa Beach

Great property with great views! The beach was literally a 1 minute walk. Spacious and kids loved it. Property was close to everything. I felt some rooms were colder than others with the AC but there are fans that helped. We would definitely stay again!
