Renovated to a high standard the house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people in 4 well-furnished bedrooms. A spacious fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living/dining room with a beamed ceiling and cosy seating for 8 people are on the ground floor. French windows open to a large partly covered terrace with BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers. Ground floor twin bedroom and separate bathroom provide comfortable and easily accessible accommodation. Additional seating and storage space are in the adjacent spacious hall area.
A beautiful original stone staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two spacious double bedrooms and another bathroom. French window in the landing area opens to a terrace perfect for enjoying morning coffee or the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Rasa Bay.
Secluded local beaches are a short 10-minute drive away. Two handy general stores are within a couple of minutes walk. There is parking space for 2 cars on the drive.

Nice place to stay in countryside

We stayed 3 weeks in this nice traditional house in Krnica with charming old croatian furniture and liked it very much. In the beginning it was a little hot because we were not used to the temperature in summer and didn't know how to keep this house cool.(Now it has air condition) Because of thin ceilings between ground and first floor it is not recommendable for noise-sensitive people staying there together with rumor producing families....A friendly village, calm and a little sleepy, ( unfortunately the only disturbing traffic noise was heard at 5.30 am when one or two farmers with tractors went to their fields. Nearby, 10 Minutes by car, there is the beautiful coast. We found a small bay with a little port for fisher boats and a beach all over the one side of the bay - not sand but big plain rocks. Our children loved it jumping into the clear and fresh water - and one day we really watched dolphins. We will come again this year to Crnica.

Nice place to stay in countryside

Lovely traditional house in a friendly and little sleepy village. Charming furnitured rooms and a terrace with a marvelous view over the mountains. Not recommendable für rumor sensitive people, because the ceiling between ground and first floor is rather thin. Very calm village - unfortunately the only disturbing traffic noise was a farmer going onto his fields by tractor and passing the house at 5.30 am. Nearby a beautiful bay with plain rock beaches along the sides, even in August not crowded. Our children loved to jump into the clear water - and once we even weatched dolphins.

Wir kommen wieder...

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit liebevoller Möblierung und außergewöhnlich guter technischer Ausstattung. Sehr nette Vermieter und hilfsbereite Haushälterin. Die in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbaren Strände sind toll: Fast kein Betrieb und glasklares Wasser. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In allen Räumen gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Es war alles sauber. Bei kleinen Anliegen war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin schnell und unkompliziert per Mail.
