Enjoy the cool ocean breeze & ocean views as you relax on the upper sun deck of this elegant beach house or walking the beach in the ocean water. The house is located in a quiet part of south Cocoa Beach, close to restaurants and surf shops. The house is fully furnished with bedding, linens, towels and kitchen utensils, beach equipment for your enjoyment. This is the perfect place for large families and or family reunions in famous Cocoa Beach.

Wonderful spacious clean property with good beach access. My three children, joining me from New Mexico, would love to visit again. Kitchen well equipped. Would benefit from a new beach umbrella.
