A spacious 3 Bedroom apartment of approx. 140sqm habitable space. It consists of 2 bathrooms (1 of which has an extra large shower), 1 dining/living room, a large fully equipped open planned kitchen with Granite surface. You have an apartment with 1 of the largest terrace's of any complex equipped with outdoor furniture.

There are 2 swimming pools , 1 for infants and 1 for adults, private tennis courts (free of charge) and gardens private to the residence.

Fantástica propiedad junto a la playa.

Hemos pasado unos días magníficos en esta estupenda propiedad que se encuentra junto a la playa, a escasos 20 metros ya te encuentras en el paseo marítimo y pisando la arena de la playa. La vivienda es grande y confortable, con una gran cocina equipada desde donde se ve el mar, algo realmente precioso. Toda el ático está genial, las habitaciones son generosas y los baños disponen de una gran ducha pero, realmente lo mejor para nosotros es la gran terraza de la que dispone, muy bien equipada y con unas vistas tanto de la montaña como del mar estupendas. Por las fechas en las que hemos estado no hemos podido disfrutar de las instalaciones exteriores como son la piscina y jardines pues todavía se encontraban cerradas pero sí hemos podido comprobar que la piscina es grande rodeada de unos jardines muy bien cuidados y que se encuentra justo en el paseo marítimo al lado del mar.

Seguramente volveremos a repetir aunque la próxima vez espero que el trabajo nos permita disfrutar más días en esta estupenda propiedad.

Muchas gracias a los propietarios por permitirnos pasar estos maravillosos días en su casa.

Very Nice Apartment

This is a good sized, clean, well equipped apartment with a huge terrace.

The owner provides excellent service - for example I couldn't work the BBQ and she arranged for her father in law to come over and show me what to do.

The area is typically Spanish - we hardly saw any other English people throughout our stay. It is a very busy resort so the Spanish people obviously rate it highly. The restaurants were good and excellent value (helped by the exchange rate currently) and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property and the area to our friends.

Owner's Response: The apartment is spacious and the terrace is perfect for enjoyable dining expérience alfresco in the présence of family & friends. If you want to experience a holiday and soak up the atmosphère as a native, Salobrena offers just this. There are gréât golf courses in the area, namely Granada playa. You can also rent out boats locally for a trip across the waters !

A nice place flat at a nice location.

Flat as described, big terrace and very well equipped kitchen. A place to recommend for a relaxing holiday. Beach 2 minutes walking. As most summer apartments lacks heating system for winter, but Giulia provided two electric radiators and we carried some too, that proved enough after the initial warming up. A very good place !.

It's an idéal place for a relaxing holiday , even in thé winter, in addition to the beach just across thé road, you also have thé beautiful mountains of Sierra Nevada within driving distances for those of you who ski, or snowboard!!! The views of both sea and mountains can be seen from thé large terrace of thé apartment.

Excellent location!

Although we were visiting out of season we had a great week - lovely sunny days (although a bit windy at times) and plenty to do in the area, although we were very lazy and mainly took advantage of the huge terrace and the closeness of the beach. The apartment is well equipped on the whole and has fabulous views to the sea one way and the Sierra Nevada the other. There are good restaurants and cafes within a very easy walk and we took advantage of lunch on the beach on a number of occasions! The old part of the town is very pretty and we enjoyed exploring the narrow streets. Salobrena is easy to find and with a reasonable distance of Malaga airport and Granada. Definitely one to recommend!

Salobrena really is an undiscovered jewel on the Costa Tropical, and benefits from a micro climate, ( more hours of sunshine per day that any other area on the COSTA coast line !! Lots to see and do !
