Our Sea Coast Condominium oceanfront complex directly overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy sunrises and the moon in all its splendor, rising over the water, watch Dolphins jump in the surf from your own private balcony; collect seashells along the safe 'non-driving' shoreline or soak in the sun on the clean, white sand beach.

Whatever your pleasure this condo has something for everyone. Families will enjoy the great pool deck area with a large swimming pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. You can walk for miles on an uncrowded beach.

Sea Coast is within walking distance (across the street) of the grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, and beach shops and is a short drive to protected parks, such as the Canaveral Seashore Park with historic Dora House, Manatee Park, and historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Enjoy many activities on the Waterfront Loop which includes historic Canal Street & Flagler Avenue, shopping, art galleries, restaurants, and nightspots. The Beach trolley runs in front of the property, stops at shops and restaurants.

New Smyrna Beach is only an hour away from Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, Sea SeaWorld, and is just 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center/NASA, Daytona Beach, and NASCAR.

The golfing enthusiast will find the LPGA Headquarters and golf course 20 miles north, in Daytona Beach, and many affordable and challenging courses within 10 miles of the beach.

Fantastic family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to New Smyrna beach and it did not disappoint! This condo was clean, comfortable and fully loaded! We travelled with 3 kids and it was made easy with all the extras that were included in the condo. Cooking supplies, books, games, beach toys, beach chairs and more! The owner really knows how to host. The condo has a great partial view of the ocean for a morning coffee and patio furniture to enjoy a meal outside. Pool area was always clean. We had family in another condo in this building and it did not even compare! We will be booking another stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. When we arrived the owners had stocked the refrigerator with bottled water, an assortment of soft drinks and even a bottle of wine! The cupboards were stocked with Kuerig pods, cream, sugar and all the spices you could want.The management and owners are wonderful.

Pleasant surprise!

We had never stayed at NSB and finding this property was awesome. Beautiful location, incredible condo, amazing beach, quaint/friendly town. So many cool places for breakfast, dinner and shopping! We will be back!
