This beautiful old but newly renovated two storey house is perfect for families and groups of friends. It can easily accommodate 8 persons. First floor consists of toilet, master bedroom with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with smart tv. Near the entry door there is a big terrace with deck chairs grill and outdoor dining area. Second floor consists of bathroom and 3 bedrooms( two with queen size bed and one with bunk bed). One bedroom has terrace with stunning beach view where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. Within 100 meters is everything you need; beach, market, ATM, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fish market, green market, restaurants, coffee shops, rent a bike, fast food...
We can arrange transport from and to the airport for you as well as give recommendations for trips to nearby places.

Perfect location. Well kept property. Lovely owner.

Location is perfect for exploring the Kastelas , Split and the national parks. The property looks over the beach and we went swimming every day walking barefoot to the beach! Kastel Stari is a great place with bars and restaurants but not too noisy. There is a local market just down the road that sells fresh fish , fruit and vegetables daily. The bakery has the best bread ever and a range of yummy cakes. All in all we would highly recommend this.

Perfektes Apartment - perfekte Lage - sehr gross und gut ausgestattet!

Direkt am Strand, Bäcker und Bar unten drunter (KEIN Zigarettengestank!!!) Restaurants direkt um die Ecke! 4 Schlafzimmer+Wohnzimmer+2 Bäder+1 Toilette+ Waschmaschine 7nd top ausgestatteter Küche mit Gefrierfach! Ganz ehrlich, was will man mehr. Die Vermieterin hat sich nach unserer Anreisezeit gerichtet - das war super lieb und ein netter, zuvorkommender Kontakt. Obwohl die Straße viel befahren ist, ist es nicht zu laut. Hatten ein Kleinkind dabei und da war die Wohnung trotz weiterer 7 Personen gross genug. 2 Terrassen mit Sonnenliegen und großem Tisch + Grill. Mega Urlaub hatten wir dort und werden in den nächsten Jahren bestimmt wieder Mal dort buchen! Trogir direkt um die Ecke und auch Split einfach zu erreichen. Mehr loben kann ich es nicht mehr :-)

Not suitable for a family with children or non-smokers

There is a wonderful beach right nearby, but the apartment itself we found to be unliveable. There are two cafes right below the apartment, and even with the windows closed, the cigarette smoke gets through. If you'd like to have the windows opened, as you would during your sea-side vacation, then you end-up second-hand smoking 24x7. This, and a few other issues, made us leave the apartment much earlier than we hoped for, and to look for another place to stay.

Wundervoller Urlaub! *****

Einen wundervollen Urlaub hatten wir in Kastel Stari. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Das Meer nur wenige Meter entfernt. Alles was wir brauchten, war in der Nähe, egal ob Bäcker, Obstmarkt, Supermarkt. Man muss sich bewusst sein, das dort an der Promenade immer Trubel herrscht. Dennoch konnten wir die Ruhe auf den Terrassen genießen und auch grillen. Der Vermieter war immer für uns da. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht für den Bedarf da. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Viele Grüße Yvonne M.
