Two of the finest rental villas situated in one of the most desirable areas making it the ideal location for families and couples to enjoy a great holiday experience in the tropical island paradise of Phuket. The villas are situated close to the beautiful beach of Nai Harn at the South West tip of the island.
Located in a peaceful and upscale area on a quiet, traffic-free cul-de-sac you will enjoy local amenities, including a full range of restaurants, family friendly bars, shops and banks, all a short walk from your villa.
Both villas provide quality and spacious accommodation; they were built and equipped to an uncompromising standard. Villa Two was completed in January 2012 and our 6-bedroom villa was recently extensively refurbished. (Please see details of Villa One on this web site by entering 84120 in the search box). We have an ongoing maintenance and upgrade program that ensures the properties are kept looking like new. They are managed by the owner and maintained and serviced on a daily basis by our full time staff.
The Villas are located on adjacent plots, but are completely private and separate making them ideal for larger groups to rent both properties at the same time. They are set in their own large private gardens with large swimming pools.
Villa Two provides spacious accommodation with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 12 adults. Villa One provides similar levels of accommodation and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can sleep up to 16 adults.
We provide a full range of services for our guests. Basic services such as airport transfers, daily housekeeping, gardening, towels and linen, unlimited high speed Internet access and HD satellite TV are all included in the rental price. In addition we provide a full range of supplementary services like catering, transport and concierge assistance to enhance your holiday experience.

YOUR VILLA EXPERIENCE
Booking our villa means your holiday starts the moment you leave the airport where our English-speaking driver will meet you. Your shopping list for food and drink complete. The villa is pristine with everything ready for your arrival. We meet all our guests at the villa with a welcome drink and make sure they can relax after what is normally a long journey. All you need to do is take a dip in the pool or just enjoy the balmy tropical evening with a drink.
The following day we can give you a quick tour of the area and show you some of the gems known only to the locals. We can help with your holiday itinerary, transport needs, eating out, car hire and food shopping.
During your stay our housekeeping staff will keep the villa clean and tidy, our gardener will keep the pool and garden immaculate and our cook can temp you with an awesome range of Thai and western dishes.
IN-HOUSE CATERING (OPTIONAL)
One of the many benefits of renting a villa is having the option of having meals provided in a beautiful, private, convenient and comfortable setting not to mention the huge cost savings.
Our highly experienced team provides our catering and they have a wealth of experience in catering to large and small groups. Their specialty is of course Thai food, which is renowned worldwide.
If you have children or adults with special food needs our team can provide everything from child friendly to Vegan needs and if you need some good old western food like Christmas Dinner or seafood BBQ they are can provide this.
Eating at the Villa also has some real practical benefits especially for families and large groups. Breakfast is transformed into a relaxing and enjoyable experience, wake to the smell of coffee and enjoy the buffet breakfast, which is set out on the poolside. Chat with your friends and family whilst the cook prepares your individually cooked meal. There is no wait for seats, wait for food, waiting for stragglers and costs are about the same or less as eating out.
In the evening enjoy your own private poolside restaurant, with comfortable furniture, great ambiance, total privacy and the convenience of being able to put young children to bed or have them amuse themselves. Drink your own stock of wine, beer and drinks. Stay as late as you like, don’t even think about driving or a taxi and then wonder why the bill is so low!
VILLA TWO - GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Both our properties were designed to meet the demanding needs of both the rental market and tropical living. The design links all rooms on the main floor to a large shaded poolside terrace that becomes the focus for activities, entertaining and relaxation.
Built on a single-level, from parking to poolside, they provide easy access and lots of usable space. Although the whole villa has air conditioning the design has used the natural wind flow to keep all areas well ventilated and cool without using air conditioning.
The generous poolside terrace provides ample space for alfresco dining for 14 or more, comfortable seating, poolside fun and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the great views over the pool and large garden to the nearby mountains.
Space is the common theme throughout the villa, both in floor space and ceiling height. The main living area features high feature ceilings and sliding windows opening onto the poolside terrace.
The construction and design has been superb, as has the finishing with the extensive use of teak and marble flooring. The result is that the villa has an overwhelming feeling of space, luxury and comfort set within a very practical, clutter free and relaxing environment.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The Villa has 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) and can sleep 12 adults with ease. All bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans, large wardrobes with safes and have lots of floor space. We provide quality bed linen and towels. All beds have extra topper mattresses for added comfort.
My Name is John and I have lived in Phuket since 2000. After selling my business in the UK it seemed such a great place to retire. Although retirement involves working harder than I ever did when I had a ‘real’ job. Despite there are many things in Thailand that seem a bit weird and quirky to a western view point you will after a short stay appreciate the saying. Thailand from the sublime to the ridiculous, but never boring! Away from the busy tourist areas you’ll discover the genuinely friendly and helpful character of the Thai people. I miss the culture in Europe (but not the weather) and that’s why I enjoy looking after our guests from all over the world to share a joke in my native language or meet and chat with people from all over the globe to learn a few words of Mandarin or Russian. Although earning a living is obviously important my real job satisfaction is to see my guests enjoying their special holiday in this paradise we call Phuket.

My choice of Nai Harn was pure luck but proved to a good one. Blessed with one of the best beaches on the island it has escaped the rather crazy ‘progress’ enjoyed by Kata, Karon and Patong. It still enjoys a village feel and is home to many expats for this reason. It’s also why you will find many good bars, restaurants and cafes catering delivering quality service at sensible prices. There’s also many quiet and almost ‘tourist free zones’ (which we will share with you) that provide a place to walk the dog or just enjoy great views.
Both villas are located in an ideal place. We are bordered at the rear by undeveloped fields and we are at the end of a cul-de-sac so we have zero passing traffic. But we are about 150M from the main road to the beach with all amenities within walking distance. The design and layout provides a great venue for large groups to enjoy special occasions. I was heavily involved with the construction, finishing and furniture of both villas and always put what would look good and stylish over any cost consideration. We keep the villas in pristine condition and match that with the service we provide our guests. Our job satisfaction is seeing our guest’s faces light up when they see where they will be staying for their holiday

Le proprietaire nous a aiguillé sur les endroits a voir,les petites plages sympas non frequentées par les touristes ,les iles etc,Il nous a fait préparer des repas THAI merci a Nick et sa femme et a remplit le frigo de boissons tous les jours
La villa est nettoyée tous les jours et le linge de maison est changé plus que de raison

Beautiful villa close to many restaurants and the most amazing beach Nai Harn! The villa is fully equipped with everything. We were traveling as two families of four with 4 teenager and had plenty of room for everyone. The air conditioning unit in one of the rooms was not working when we arrived but it was fixed by the owner before we left. We had maid service every day and the towels were replaced every two days. The pool was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our state in this beautiful villa and highly recommend it!
We stayed at one of John's villas and absolutely loved it. We were a group of 2 families with 3 kids under 5 yr old. As described in the villa profile, the partial rail surrounding the pool gave us peace of mind and is an absolute must if you wish to have a private pool. The location of the villa is also perfect; it is pretty close to a beach (beautiful Nai Harn), about a 5min taxi-ride. There are also plenty of shops (7-eleven) and good restaurants near-by (5min walk) and all of them have take away option.
Villa itself is huge with at least 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and its is decorated in a modern Asian way (with dark wood). We were very happy with our stay and John is definitely a great host who helped us with everything we needed! This place is highly recommendable.
A fantastic holiday for family meet up, from Australia and the UK The Villa was ideal for young family's as our grandchildren were aged from 2 up to 9 years old. A safety rail around the pool meant that you did not have to watch the younger ones all the time, the older boys loved the pool as did the adults. The villa itself was fantastic, kept spotlessly clean with a maid services every day, spacious rooms well designed all with air conditioning. We were looked after very well by John the owner who organised trips such as the beautiful boat trip to Phi Phi island, arranged a minibus with child seats to take us to the many beaches and other trips including stress free airport pickups and returns. Local restaurants were great value for money good food all within easy walking distance. We all had a great time and are already planning a return trip. We all would certainly recommend this Villa to our friends.

Cosy sitting and dining area outside on the terras, spent all of our time outside (breakfast, lunch, dinner and just relaxing).
Host was well prepared for our arrival: got in contact with us to inquire on any needs, no delay with the taxis pick up and was comfortable, and the rooms where ready as requested.
My husband and I hosted our families and friends at these 2 villas for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year to celebrate our wedding in Phuket. I can highly recommend Sebastian at Phuket Wedding Service, if you are thinking of doing the same!
We were immediately impressed by the villas. Both are very spacious, well decorated and well laid out. Everything that you need is provided. As a big group we hired a car to go to the bigger supermarkets for shopping, but there are smaller markets in walking distance, as well as nice restaurants, bars and massage parlours. The location was great for us as we didn't want to be in the busy town, but within reach for the odd night out! Nai Harn beach is great and is also reachable on foot, about 30 mins.
John was a great host and always available to help if we needed it. He also arranged a boat trip for us with Blue World Safaris which was one of the highlights of the holiday.
The maids came in every day and were so nice and friendly!
We had 2 small children in the group so they stayed at Villa 2, which has fencing around the pool. We used Apple Nanny services to have a nanny every day and she was fabulous.
I can't recommend this place enough and I wish we could go back! Well worth the price paid. An unforgettable experience.
Our group consisted of 6 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 2 to 86 and we spent a week in this fantastic villa. The villa, gardens and pool were immaculately presented and maintained and the majority of our time at the villa was spent around the pool.
John, the owner, was of great assistance and provided us with information about local restaurants, shops, outdoor activities and home delivery of meals. John organised a boat trip with Blue World Safaris to Phi Phi and surrounding islands and this was definitely a highlight of our trip.
The villa is well located in a quiet lane off the main road but is very close to a range of restaurants, shops, ATM's and a taxi rank. Nai Harn and Rawai beaches are only a few minutes by taxi.
We would recommend this villa to anyone as it has everything you want for a great holiday.

Nai Harn beach (about 5 mins away) which was recently voted as one of the best in SE Asia is amongst the best on the island. Despite this, the area is still relatively underdeveloped and provides a haven for expats and tourists alike.
There are many local amenities such as a good range of cafes, quality restaurants, bars and small shops. Visit one of the many small spas for a massage or facial at prices you cannot believe. Venture further out to Rawai beach where long tail boats, small seafood cafes and small bars provide a uniquely Thai feel to the area. A little further, Chalong with its pier is the base for most of the islands water based activities.
If you want something a bit more exciting in the evening then take a short scenic drive to Kata, Karon or Patong. There you will find some of the more uniquely racy Thai evening entertainment venues as well as many world class restaurants and hotels.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices are based on a daily rate for each night in the villa. Prices are in Pounds Sterling. Discounts are available at our discretion for rentals of 14 days or more, low occupancy, late and early bookings.
Minimum rental period is normally 5/6 days but we will accept bookings for shorter periods depending on existing bookings. We will accept payment in any major currencies and fix the Rental Agreement to that currency. We will provide a detailed quote for the rental costs.
Prices include all taxes, service charge, well water, cooking gas, reasonable usage of electricity, transfers (one vehicle each way), daily maid service, gardener, linen, towels, unlimited Wi-Fi internet, UBC HD satellite TV, soap and consumables for washing machine and dishwasher, tissues, kitchen towels and toilet paper.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
After dates, rental costs and currency have been agreed we will send you a Booking Confirmation and Invoice via email. To secure the booking a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total rental due should be paid into our UK account. We will confirm receipt of your cleared funds by email. We can also accept some major credit cards via this web site.
The balance of the rental is due 60 days before the check-in date and should be paid to our UK bank by transfer or with credit card.
We also require a Security and Damage Deposit of 500GBP to be paid in cash when you check-in. We will accept any readily convertible currencies or Thai Baht. This will be returned less any charges, damage or loss when guests leave.
We normally accept payments by bank transfer to our UK account; please ensure that your transfer charges are added to the payment. We can also accept some major credit cards.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY
In the event that you decide to change the booking then the following will apply. We will allow changes to the dates and villa selected up to 60 days before check-in. Costs will adjusted according to the prevailing rate for
