VB013 is in building 35, very close to one of the small pools and BBQ area.
The neutral colored walls and elegant furniture in the main living areas is soothing and comfortable. Each of the 4 bedrooms have new beds and TVs are beautifully decorated.

Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY 192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening with flatscreen, extended cable TV, and a DVD player to enjoy your favorite movie. This villa has free wireless internet. The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen. The dining table seats 6 plus 2 more can eat at the kitchen bar.

Spacious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 4 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and a TV. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower and a deep, jetted tub. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and an attached ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twins beds and a TV, and they share a hall bath with tub and shower.
Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a bar-b-que at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three awesome playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in the event of an emergency.

Disney Vacation

Check in was very convinient, we arrived Dec. 24th. grill quickly to bbq our dinner. Very close to all theme parks,shopping centers, Restaurants & Grocery stores. We were allowed to set up some of our Christmas decorations and Ofcourse our small Xmass tree for pictures. Angie was very nice and make things smoother for our trip. Definitely coming back.

Location was terrible

It was a pain in the butt checking in drove around in circles looking for the gate to enter and than property all in the back by nothing. Tired take a shower and the handle fell off and also fell off the toilet holder. I wouldn’t stay here again

The unit was very clean and just as shown on the online photos.

I would definately stay here again. The host was very responsive to my questions and responded very quickly. The unit was very clean and provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was very secure and quiet.
