Enjoy your vacation in our luxury home, sun, sea, beach, peace, pool, the Spanish siesta, nice villages and markets. What more do you need. Our home is built in 2016, has 3 bedrooms with each a private bathroom and has all modern facilities. The rooms are spacious, the big windows bring lots of sunlight. The pool has a seperate pool for toddlers.

The house is located in a quiet residential area. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Only 30 min drive from Alicante airport and 5 min from the sea. You have access to the complete house and all spaces. The house is surrounded by a fence and can only be entered by a gate. This gate can be opened with a code, as well as the backdoor, so you don’t have to carry around the keys at all time and you cannot lock yourself out.
The community garden with pool is reachable via a pedestrian gate at the back. The swimming pool is mostly quiet. Using the community garden and pool is done with respect to the other inhabitants.

The kitchen is fully equiped with all comfort: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, combi-oven-microwave, induction stove, cooker hood, pots and pans, boils, nicer dicer vegetable cutter, kitchenware and tableware, cake pan, … in short everything you need in the kitchen.

Live outside and enjoy living and eating outside as much as possible. The garden table can easily be enlarged to a cosy table for 10 people. Too much sun in front of the house ? Use the sunscreen. Yet a less day, there’s more than enough placet to eat inside.
With 3 bedrooms, this house is your ideal vacation destination with a company up to 6 or 7 people. One of the bedrooms is suited for 3 persons. You’re coming with friends? No problem, every room had its own bathroom. Both bathrooms upstairs are connected directly to the bedrooms.

The private garden surrounding the house is partly covered with artificial grass (yet hard to tell the difference), and has a variety of palms, plants and fruit trees, a terrace facing north and a terrace facing south, with an electrical sunscreen. There is a garden table with 10 chairs and 5 sunbeds invite you to relax in the sun.

You wave open the garden gate and you enter directly the community garden and swimming pool. The swimming pool has a shallow and a deep part and has a separate toddler pool. There’s a little waterfall in the pool. Outside, by the swimming pool, there’s also an outdoor shower.

Enjoy the sea air and go to one of the many beaches. A little bit of sun, a little bit of sea, a drink, some tapas. What more can one want ?
There are 2 seperate aircos, one for upstairs, one for downstairs, an electrical sunscreen at the south-facing terrace, electrical shutters at all the windows (except the small bathroom windows), hot water is made by a heatpump.
The windows in the bathrooms all have a mosquito net, so they can be left open all day and night long for a nice breeze in the house, without having to worry about mosquitoes in the house.
