This clean modern penthouse with lift is ideally located near Torrecilla beach and town centre. As this is a penthouse it boasts its own private roof terrace (41sqm)where you can enjoy a BBQ (gas), relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture or enjoy a glass of wine at the bar table , whilst watching the sunset. The apartment consists of an open-plan sitting/dining room which comprises a comfortable leather sofa , satellite TV, dvd , choice of reading books , dining table and chairs for 4. The lounge opens through sliding doors to a small terrace also with table and chairs which is ideal for breakfast time. The lounge is full of character with a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances and includes a dishwasher and has Led lighting. The bedroom comprises a Queen size bed 1.50 width x 1.90 length. There is ample wardrobe space. There is a ceiling fan for those warm summer evenings for those who do not like using air conditioning. Hair dryer ,iron and washing machine, linen ,bath and beach towels are also included. En-suite bathroom with bath / shower over bath. Free cot and high chair can be provided. Private fibre optic Wifi included , unlimited use. Air Conditioning in both lounge and bedroom , included in the price. Private , registered taxi service to the apartment can be organised in advance for you . This apartment is not suitable for disabled , infirm or small children due to the spiral staircase.

Swimming / Spa treatments: Nerja now has its own municipal indoor heated 25m swimming pool plus child's pool. Good for those who enjoy swimming especially in the winter months when the sea is a little too cold ! Swimming cap , bathing costume and flip flops are required. Entrance fee is around 3 Euro and open all day Monday-Friday , Saturday and Sunday shorter hours.

Situated close to the apartment (within 5 minutes walking distance) is a beautiful , clean , modern spa centre called 'Paraiso de agua' It has a hydro massage pool, hot and cold plunge pools , jacuzzi , sauna , steam room , massage room. a circuit of the centre costs around 25euros , nice for a pamper whilst on holiday !

Opposite the aoartment is a new private gym , has many classes also. They do daily and monthly rates. Great for keeping fit whilst on holiday. !!

Internet/wifi facilities: the apartment has fibre optic wifi included in your Rental price .

This is the 3rd property we have bought. We chose this one from plan and loved the location and being a penthouse with lots of outdoor space , near the sea and amazing views.

What makes this apartment unique

South facing so sun all day. !! Most important in the winter. Good wifi and Uk and satelite Tv systems.

We have stayed in this apartment lots of times and it feels just like home. The property is spotless,nice and airy.Lorri provides you with lots of little extras which makes you feel special.It is also good to know you can contact Tim or Lorri if you ever had a problem , not that we have had.

The location of the property is wonderful, a few mins walk to the beach, Balcon and a large supermarket with everything you could need right on your doorstep. There are many lovely restaurants and tapa bars again a few minutes away.The lovely thing is being only a few streets away the apartment is so peaceful(noise free)yet within 2mins you have the choice of being in the heart of either the old town or the more tourist part at the beach.Nerja itself is still very Spanish and many of the people we meet actually live there which adds to the attraction.

The rooftop terrace provides you with all day long sunshine in a nice private setting and has a lovely shaded area to enjoy a cool drink. Downstairs the small balcony at the front provides the perfect escape to read a book or sit dreaming whilst looking over the sea. You can even watch your favourite soaps on TV if you are tired and fancy a night in. !

I could have told you this all in just 4 words " Perfect in every way ".

Clean cool

We had a great week the sun never went in.we enjoyed the balcony but the outdoor shower was disconnected which we would have used to cool down so a bit disappointed

Perfect place to stay

The apartment was absolutely perfect with its sunny balconies and excellent facilities. The owners had left full instructions on how to use everything which was helpful and the flat was well stocked with everything you need to have a successful self-catering stay. Everything was within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering a visit to Nerja.

Had a fantastic week

Well equipped apartment in a good location, 5 minute walk to Balcon. Roof terrace is amazing, sea view, loungers, tables etc. you could hold a party up there it is that big, private, not overlooked. Plenty of bars restaurants locally, few minutes to beach. Owner was great, arranged excellent transfers, very helpful.

Fantastic rooftop apartment with amazing views

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. Brilliant roof terrace with amazing views of the sea and sunrise/sunsets. A really well equipped apartment in a great location just a short walk to the sea and the Balcon. Supermarket at rear of apartment block is very handy. The owner, Lorri, is really friendly and welcoming. Will be back next year.

Lovely apartment with fantastic roof terrace views

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well equipped and in a great location close to beach and town. Big supermarket behind apartment block was very handy. Lorri, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. Hope we can book again.

Fantastic

Perfect location for Nerja old town, bars, restaurants and the beach. The apartment had a very private roof terrace and a ideal little terrace to have morning tea etc. It had every thing you needed and more. Ideal location for parking also. Thank you Lorri I am sure we will be back.

This apartment is situated a short stroll to the Torrecilla Beach area of Nerja which leads onto the lovely promenade along the El Chucho beach. Stroll further and you are now on the Playazo beach. On Playazo beach you will find a variety of local'chiringuitos' serving refreshments , tapas and fresh fish dishes. Sailing , water sports and horse riding are all available in this area.

The Balcon de Europa and centre of Nerja is also just a short stroll away. At this viewing point you will see the beauty of Nerja , the scenery is magnificent . You can take a horse-drawn carriage and view most of Nerja relaxed and in comfort or take a trip around on the small tourist train which goes all the way to the Caves . Theres the beautiful El Salvador church with many weddings here also.

Theres a huge choice of restaurants , bars and night-life to suit all ages. The Cultural Centre has a varied programme with fantastic musical and dance evenings. Nerja has excellent flamenco bars also to enjoy the music or dance the night away. Fully modern, equipped gym in the street which allow holidaymakers daily rates, A lovely spa with pool available within 5 mins walking called Paraiso de agua.

The Caves are a must to see.
