The Blue Casita is a charming stone house located in the old town of Pollensa.

This 19th-century house has been completely renovated in 2017, preserving its beautiful old floors, high ceilings and centuries-old stone walls and providing it with all the comforts of the 21st century.
It consists of three bedrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one en suite.
The best thing about the house is its fantastic inner courtyard with a small pool where you can cool off and sunbathe in the purest Mediterranean style.

It has been restored with traditional materials from the island and decorated with contemporary art, design and antique furniture typical of Mallorca.

Although situated in the old town of Pollensa, it is easy to reach the house by car and park nearby

A three minute walk from the main square and all the busiest places in the beautiful village of Pollensa.
But fifty meters from the best local tapas bar: the Bar Cifre, frequented mainly by the locals.

A lovely little house ideally placed for exploring Pollenca and the surrounding area

About 5 minutes walk from the centre of the town so not too noisy plus the little pool is just what you need after a hot day exploring! All the fixtures and fittings seemed very new and everything worked fine. Not easy to get parked right outside the door but there's a car park in the next street.

Lovely town house!

We really enjoyed our stay - only a few minute stroll into the main square with many bars and restaurants. The house is well presented and has everything you need for a short stay.
