About this property

As a guest in my home, you will have your own private entrance to a first-floor end unit that backs up to the nature preserve in Castle Pines. Castle Pines is part of PGA Village so golfing is right here. The Mets stadium is 5-10 minutes away and the beach is 25-30 minutes. Walking distance to the community pool, hot tub and play ground.

The unit has 2 queen beds, full bath and kitchenette which includes mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and hot plate. You will also have access to a washer and dryer. Hurricane impact window and slider door was installed in 2018. AC unit was replaced in May 2022.

Easy access to I95 and the turnpike. Two restaurants are within walking distance and other restaurants and shopping are within 5-10 minutes.

Orlando airport and attractions are within 2 hours, West Palm Beach airport within one hour, and depending on traffic Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports are both within 2 hours.

No smoking, pets/animals of any kind or parties. Castle Pines is a gated community with 24-hour manned security.

Exactly what we needed

I came down for a golf tournament and this was exactly what we needed. We were primarily around for the evenings and at the course for the days. It was close to everything.
