Villa Svinjista is a newly-built holiday villa in a peacefull western part of Budva. Vacation villa have been fitted out with swimming pool 5x10m, attractive and modern furniture which can comfortably accommodate 8 people.

Peaceful Villa is placed 2.5 km from city center and is situated on 1000m2 estate. Residential area is 200sqm on two floors, and its ideal for family holidays or group of friends.Villa consist sitting room, dining area, kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces and a front of the house is free parking space with 8 parking back yard is spacious private outdoor BBQ area with garden funiture (2 large tables and 4 benches provided for 12 people) and private swimming pool 5x10 with a hot tub with water that is not heated.

On the ground floor there is a large, open plan sitting room/dinning area/kitchen, through the hallway is a bedroom and one bathroom. On the second floor there are two bathrooms, three bedrooms, balcony and terrace watching the sea and nature . To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with Smart 3d TV with two glasses for whatching,cable or satellite TV, three flat-screen TV in bedrooms,internet WiFi conection avaliable in the entire house ,air-conditioning, dishwasher , hood , refrigerator , oven, hob, kitchen utensils..

To protect your peace and privacy, Villa Svinjista is only available as a complete unit.

Other possible services: Rent a car, rent a yacht,transport services to/from airport(extra charge) and organizing various excursions.

What a fantastic accomodation! The photos do not do it justice - the villa is so much better than we expected! Immaculately clean, comfortably furnished, spacious, with all the facilities and equipment you need for daily life. Maid service also available per request, regular pool maintenance and garbage disposal - we felt perfectly taken care of and spoiled! The location is amazing, only a short drive from Budva and Tivat, with a bakery very close by. Very quiet - all you hear is nature sounds! Amazing views of Montenegtin mountains and the Adriatic. Jovo is the most responsive host you can imagine - very friendly and personable, helped us with every request we had, literally within minutes. He had great recommendations on car rental, boat rentals, covid tests, you name it. And let’s not forget two baskets of local goodies and wines waiting for us at arrival. Perfect stay, and we were heartbroken to leave. For us, it was a family holiday with grandparents and children, but we can easily imagine spending time with a group of friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
