2 bedroom apartment to sleep 4 in Jardin 13 to close to all resort facilities

An attractive air conditioned first floor apartment with a large roof top solarium overlooking a communal pool, attractive gardens, and play area. The solarium has views of the Sierra Espuna mountains and surrounding countryside. The open plan living area is well furnished with a three seater sofa and chair, dining table and 4 chairs.

Also there is a safe, hair-dryer,32' TV, satellite TV/radio, Spanish digital TV, DVD player, WiFi, books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, etc.

Both bedrooms have two single beds that can be joined together to make double beds.

Also there is a safe, hair-dryer, ironing board, iron. Outside there is a table and four chairs with a parasol, and sunbeds.

The apartment is great for either family or golf holidays and is within easy walking distance of all resort facilities.

The beaches of the Costa Calida, the Sierra Espuna Natural Park are within a 20 minutes drive.

Transport Connections: Condado de Alhama is about 40 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier airport, 1 hour from Alicante airport. In 2012 the new airport at Corvera is due to open, and will be about 30 minutes drive away.

The nearest railway station is Alhama de Murcia about 15 minutes drive from the resort.

There is a bus service on sight but destinations and days it runs varies depending on the season, so use of a car is advantageous, although there is a local taxi service available on the resort.

Tourist attractions: The beach resorts of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo are within 20 minutes drive as is the Sierra Espuna national park where you can Quad Bike, Mountain Bike, Hill Walk, Canoe from the Hotel Mariposa.

Nearby there are facilities for Go Karting, Horse Riding, Boat Rides, and Sea Fishing.

The cities of Murcia and Cartagena with there historical sights / buildings and shops are within about 30 minutes drive.

The Condado Club Sports Centre has tennis courts and facilities for other sports as well as selling food and drink., community room where functions take place, and childrens room with amusements including a pool table. There is a laundry also situated at the Condado Club.

There is also The Clover bar in Al Kasar the town center which also sells bar snacks. There are also several restaurants and bars including an American Diner, Spanish, and Bulgarian restaurants. There are a number of shops and a supermarket in Al Kasar.

About Paul & Tricia Stephens

We have been owners on the resort since 2008 and currently own 2 apartments on Jardin13 one of which we use ourselves and this property is rented out to guests.

We have recently retired after 15 years as foster carers, and will now be spending a lot more time in Spain. Paul is from Manchester and Tricia Birmingham but we have lived together in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire for over 20 years.

Why Paul & Tricia Stephens chose Murcia - Costa Calida

Having stayed on the resort when the only facility was a small supermarket we have seen the resort grow from strength to strength. It is a community run resort which is well maintained on a day to day basis by the administrators. The community is quite active with Fiestas being held during the main summer holiday period.

The resort caters for people from all over Europe but the majority of owners are either Spanish or British.

It is possible to spend all of your holiday on the resort during the summer using the numerous swimming pools in the gardens, playing golf, and visiting the bars and restaurants although we would strongly recommend you get out and visit the surrounding attractions (the beaches, cities, and mountains}.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is very close to the pool in Jardin 13, which is very handy if you have children. From the terrace and rooftop solarium there are views of the pool, garden, the resort and surrounding countryside.

Most of the resorts facilities are only a few minutes walk away.

We had a great holiday with 2 friends. We were impressed by the high standard of the apartment, and its situation overlooking the pool and gardens. We found it handily placed for exploring the local region.

The apartment has a large roof top solarium, ideal for sunbathing. On the solarium there is a table with 4 chairs and a parasol, also provided are two sun loungers. On the first floor balcony there is a bistro table and two chairs. Visitors are requested not to smoke in the apartment, but are free to do so on the balcony or solarium. In the Al Kasar town center there is currently a supermarket, The Clover bar, Bulgarian restaurant, golf course booking office and shop, estate agents, Community and Council offices. Shortly there will also be an ice cream bar/ cafe, and a Spanish bar. the community administration offices, and Alhama Council offices. The Condado Club has a bar that serves Tapas and light meals, a function room and tennis, squash, and paddle tennis courts etc...

2 Weeks at Top Floor Apartment

Lovely apartment on top floor with roof terrace. Clean and well equipped.

Complex has supermarket and bar which serves pizza and pasta off season. Plenty to do in surrounding areas. Golfers can play in weekly society competitions. Apartment overlooks pool and childrens play area.

Se esta bien

Esta cerca del supermercado y de la entrada al resort, piscina enfrente, aire en cada habitacion. Se esta muy bien, el sofa muy comodo, lo unico q esta un poco apartado y para ver sitios tienes un rato, mazarron a unos20min es el mas cercano el resto 30min y mas.
