2 bedroom villa to sleep 4-5 in Pollensa, Mallorca

VIlla Coco is a rural house placed in the surroundings of Pollença town, in a very calm and wonderful area called Colonya Valley, well known by its abundance of almond trees and bordered by the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.

The villa is a two bedrooms house (1 with a queen size bed and 1 with two single beds (fan is provided in both of the rooms); 1 complete bathroom; dinning room with fire place, TV, CD player; fully equipped kitchen (gas-oven, microwaves, dishwasher, toaster, tea pot and coffee pot); service room with washing machine and iron.

In the outside you will enjoy of a private swimming pool and an area to sunbathe.

A garden surrounding the house counts with a covered terrace, where you will be delighted cooking in the barbecue.

Linen is fully provided as well as the children chair and cradle (on request when reserving) with no additional charge.

Lovely place

Charming place

Pollença one of the most lovely place. The house is a villa in a valley near Pollença surrended of mountains.

Maria the owner is a diligent, helpful woman and made our stay wondeful.

The house is simply perfect for us.

Not an overall good experience.

We stayed at the Villa for just shy of 3 months. The villa itself is in a pretty location not far from the main town of Pollenca but the house and pool need a lot of attention. The owners have a serious problem with the plumbing - in fact we had at least 4 or 5 occasions where the toilet continued to overflow, flooding the bathroom with sewerage. The plumber is called again and again but the problem is never resolved. This caused a major nuisance and impact to our stay. The kitchen sink regularly blocks up too so no doubt the plumbing in general is in very bad repair. We had an electrician at the house twice, whom referred to the electrics as 'a very poor state'. It is a shame the owners just ignore resolving the issues. The owners also just turn up very regularly unannounced, there is little respect for your privacy. In fact the plumber has his own key and was in the house on one occasion without notifying us first. Now onto the internet. The WIFI speed is poor, regularly not functioning. Now onto the pool. The photos almost show the pool looking like it is in-ground. Do not be fooled. The pool is a raised concrete pool in very bad repair and extremely uninviting. As a couple who run holiday accommodation we were expecting a basic level of care and courtesy. Its a shame as it could be a little gem, but it needs some serious attention. We would not stay again nor would we recommend it.

Owner's Response: Dear guests, As you say in your review, unfortunately during your stay the house had plumbing problems. I did everything that was honestly in my hand, sending a technician up to 5 times, in each of your requirements, until luckily the problem was solved. The rest of your unjust review I guess is caused to your wish for even more price reduction or more free days than those who already compensated for the inconvenience. For the last 10 years I have rented the house without any problem, I use to ignore the small damages caused by the guests. But your case is the worst ever. Honestly I want to wish that no one receives people who have so little care with a house like you: gates scraped by your two huge dogs, burned electrical installation plugging heavy machinery, the house so dirty and hair-filled I had never seen. Not to mention the garden, that was for 3 months without watering the plants, leaving the garden strewn with the huge poop of your pets. I wish I don’t have in the next 10 years a guests like you, and still enjoy renting the house and meeting nice persons of all the parts of the world like the past 10 years. Sincerely, Maria

Lovely peaceful loaction

We really enjoyed our stay here, very peaceful, rural location. Maria was very helpful and thoughtful leaving basic food supplies for us on arrival. The villa was clean and we would happily stay here again.

Peaceful place

Awesome place. Pollensa is a very nice village in the north of Mallorca and the villa is very 10 min by car from the beach and the mountain is all around it.

The house was lovely, clean and confortable.
