This apartment has a spacious living room with dining area leading to the large terrace approx 30m2 furnished with a very chic post modern outdoor table designed by a local Ibizian artist that is perfect for evening drinks with friends before heading out for the night.The three bedrooms have all been fitted with cherry wood wardrobes throughout but furnished to have their own distinct character. The Master bedroom has a wonderfully spacious super king sized bed, second bedroom is arranged as a twin (although the bed's can be put together if desired to make a double), third bedroom is a double.Both bathrooms are of the highest quality with Italian marble tiles providing a modern and stylish finish throughout. The master en-suite bathroom has a bath & shower and the second bathroom is a shower room.

The communal parts of the building are equally impressive there is a large swimming pool with a children's section with wood decking, sun loungers for everyone and immaculate communal garden

Ibiza Nueva Development: In recent years Ibiza has seen a lot of developments across the Island but 'Ibiza Nueva' is definitely an apartment complex that really stands out from all the others. Ideally situated in the prestigious surroundings of Paseo Maritimo, apartment 8.4.2 provides easy access to the fashionable restaurants, bars and boutiques of Marina Botafoc. Café Sydney is always a personal favourite that serves great food throughout the day.

Talamanca Bay & Ibiza Old Town: Talamanca beach is only a few minutes away on foot and provides a great place to start the day with a refreshing swim and a choice of bars and restaurants along the beach to relax and unwind. For evening excursions into the “old town” a fabulously enjoyable taxi boat provides a wonderful view of the town from the water during the summer months. The taxi boat leaves every half hour from the Marina.

Ibiza night-life: For those that have come to the Island to enjoy the legendary atmosphere of Ibiza's famous night-life, discothèques Pacha and El Divino are conveniently situated within a five minute walk.

Our Ibiza Holiday

Myself and 3 friends stayed at this apartment from the 25th September - 2nd October 2010 for the closing parties. Apartment itself is fantastic. It's modern, extremely clean and extremely comfortable for 4 people although could easily have had 6 (two of my friends had double beds to themselves). The apartment block is also extremely clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic. Just a stones throw from Pacha but far enough away from the madding crowds not to be bothered by any kind of noise. A great base for whatever kind of holiday you're looking for. We were on a clubbing holiday and it was a great place to get away from the crowds after a heavy night out. Pool area is also very comfortable and not at all busy (never more than about 10 people at the pool)as it's a residential block and most people see to work during the day. A 5 minute walk along the road takes you toTalamanca beach on one side and some nice resturaunts on the other side at Marina Botafoch. I've been going to the island for 20 years and the Botafoch / Nueva area is the only area I'll live in now. It's an upmarket area with very few tourists going about and just a stones throw away from everything you're looking for. Highly recommend this apartment for everyone, regardless of what you're going to the island for. A great and comfortable base for a fantastic break on the Island. Also worth mentioning that Sophie and Steve (apartment owners) are great to deal with and are extremely helpful. Will more than likely be back next year.

Lovely apartment, great location

We're a family who's ages range from 9 - 68 years old, with a teenager thrown in for good measure! We found this apartment suited all our family's needs and kept everyone happy.

The apartment was clean, well equipped with good amenities and a great location. The apartment is located a short walk from beautiful Talamanca beach which has some great little restaurants and bars. This also meant we didn't all have to be ready at the same time to head to the beach, which is great seeing that we all rise at varying times of the day.

The apartment is also a 5 minute walk to get the little boat over to Ibiza town and also staggering distance from Pacha. We hired a car as we like to travel around the island but for those of you who prefer not to this apartment is ideal. There's even a little supermarket located downstairs which seemed to stock pretty much everything we needed.

The apartment itself was lovely, clean, well looked after and felt very secure and safe too. All the bedrooms are a good size with good bedding and the balcony made the apartment feel spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return very soon.

Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. It's in a great spot with walking distance to the beach and pretty much everything else. Would love to stay here again

The apartment was clean and tide.

We booked with Steve who was excellent.

We where met on time and showed how everything worked and was left to our own devices. The apartment has a great balcony.

It doesn't really get an sun and a bit noisey

With the road being very close. But it's a good size and plenty of seating. The apartment itself has everything you would expect and is speced to a high standard with good quality fittings. I only compliant is the Wifi is very slow and there is only 2 English speaking channels. The pool is not heated as well.

But it's close to the marina and a short walk to the town. We enjoyed it and would recommend it to a young crowd without kids

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback Ian. Fibre internet connectivity is slowly being rolled out across the Island and as soon as it becomes available to the apartment we will be upgrading. We are also looking to upgrade the available TV channels along with the internet connection upgrade.

A perfect comfortable and spacious apartment. Great location in posh marina, but 5 mins from beach one way, 10 mins to old town the other way. Owner accommodating, and good communicator. Good price for location, size and spec. Lots or parking. Beautiful pool. Perfect for couples, family's or clubbers - it ticks all the boxes!

Great location, great apartment!

This was our first trip to Ibiza and we enjoyed every minute, the apartment is perfectly situated and has more than everything you need for a great holiday. We were greeted at the apartment by Andy who was extremely helpful and gave up us some great tips on activities in the area. We will certainly be returning to Ibiza and can highly recommend this apartment.

Ideally situated in the prestigious surroundings of Paseo Maritimo, Apartment 8.4.2 provides easy access to the fashionable restaurants, bars and boutiques of Marina Botafoc. Café Sydney is a personal favourite that serves great food throughout the day and is a popular choice with the locals.

Talamanca beach is only a few minutes away on foot and provides a great place to start the day with a refreshing swim and a choice of bars and restaurants on the beach to relax and unwind.

For evening excursions into the “old town” a fabulously enjoyable ferry ride provides a wonderful view of the town from the water during the summer months. The taxi boat leaves every half hour from the Marina Botafoc or El Divino.

For those who come to the Island to enjoy the legendary atmosphere of Ibiza's famous night life, discothèques Pacha and El Divino are conveniently situated within a very short walk which means no standing in long taxi queues to get home at the end night.

Golf: Although I have never played golf in Ibiza, I know people who have and they are always pleasantly surprised by the quality of the course and the club house facilities. The local course is Roca Lisa 15 minutes away by car.
