The apartment has:
• Smart TV in living room with cable TV and access to Netflix, 32 inch lcd tv (bedroom) with cable TV, exclusive gas grill in the apartment, double bed, kayak, fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine , closet, exclusive area of the apartment very cozy.
• Well-equipped kitchen with piped gas, microwave, cutlery, plates, crockery, glasses, pans and others
• Located in Arraial do Cabo Beach
• With unrivaled location. Beach access gate, located in the parking lot of the building. About ten meters is already on the beach.
• Recreation area of the building with swimming pool, sauna and barbecue. Note: Obeying the time restrictions established by the condominium.
• One bedroom apartment, but with floor area of approximately 64m2.
• A parking space;

A praia é lindaaa!!!! O prédio é bacana, Sr. Gomes(zelador)e esposa nos receberam muito bem... O apartamento para duas pessoas servem muito bem... o apto é arrumadinho .....só deixa a desejar na cama (muito duro) Colchões avulsos e sofá cama são bons.(confortaveis). Eu aluguei achando que o prédio era na orla. E não é........A vista é pra orla. Mas... A passagem de pedestre para a praia é pelo uma escadaria saindo do prédio que fica ao lado.... isso também deixou a desejar. Demais foi ótimo lindas praias....

Excelente imóvel, amamos o local, seu Gomes muito prestativo. Fomos em 5 pessoas, aí faltou colchões, foram disponibilizado dois colchões que já estão muito surrado, bem fininhos... O resto, tudo perfeito....
